Oh well that's good for TOTM..Quarter of a pound on but that's ok as totm and it's been a bit heavy since yesterday! Did my measurements as well,will post them soon,want to do my exercises first!

I did measure at the very start of WW so it'll be interested to see that as well.. But I want to do it before I get too far into 30DS ya know.. See how good it really is.Yea this totm been bit weird as I tend to have a light one then a heavy one but it's been a mixture of both! Good idea to measure yourself,it's worth it :0)
Measurements are
Arms Sts
Waist 34 so a inch off(last time was 37 but don't count that as totm and was bloated) before that it was 35.
Hips 41 so 1.5 off
Thighs
23.5 so 2 inches off.

My arms n legs are stiff today from Wednesdays session.. Legs aren't as bad as after the first I'd done the Kinnect game.. But arms are quite bad.. lol.. Goes to show those little weights that you think wouldn't do anything, actually do work![]()

I think mine are 2.5KG each... I could be wrong tho.. Got them on sale at Christmas lol.. Never been outa the box til now.. But sure hey.. Was thinking last night I'd love an exercise bike.. Just a small one to have that wouldn't take over a room.. I could do that half an hour each evening.. Sure we'll see lol
I could be wrong now.. They could be lighter.. I think I remember the box saying 5KG for the 2... I picked them up and was like "yea they're light as anything.. WTF are they meant to do" But they aren't light for long once ya start using them are they?! lolWow you use good size weights! I'm using 1.5kg now.At least you are using them now.thats what counts.Exercise bikes are good.Especially in the bad weather,good workout indoors.

icklerockchick said:I got some adjustable dumbells cheap on eBay which are fab as can add little metal plates to vary the weights. The ones I had before were cheap plastic ones from Asda think they were only 2.5lb so just over 1kg each, defo felt a difference when I upped the weights! X
