Daisy's sf diary

I LOVE cottage cheese and pineapple! It's not free on SF! I like cottage cheese and chives too! It's good on SF with crumpets! As there isn't many free things I can have on a crumpet.
 
I can't get on board with the cottage cheese and pineapple I am afraid, Purpled. I am a cottage cheese purist - plain or with chives only. All this talk of cottage cheese as influenced my menu planning for next week - planning on having smoked salmon, avocado and cottage cheese salad for work lunches. Hopefully they weather will be better and I won't want to trade it in for soup by lunch time every day...

How is today going Daisy? Its unusal for you not to have posted on either of your diaries all day. Although I seem to remember you saying earlier in the week that it was Thursday you were seeing your kids. Hope you are having fun. x
 
I used to hate cottage cheese and everytime my mum ate it I'd do that puking noise as it looked like white sick. Then I fell in love with cottage cheese and pineapple. Then weaned myself on plain cottage cheese. I normally buy plain, get some chives from garden and chop them (with scissors lol) it's the tub! Yummy!
 
Hi Atomic,had a good day with the kiddies thanks,they are coming to stay with me next Friday for the weekend,my son is 15 on the 29th and my OH is 40 that day! Yea I've mainly caught up on other diaries today.Maybe I should invest in some cottage cheese after all this talk of it!

U can try it if u want I just would not recommend it! Everyone is different tho! I've tried it once and hardly ate any it was yuk!
 
Food update for thursday 19th of July

Breakfast

Oats/Banana

Lunch

Ham and tomato sandwich/2 apples

Snack

Dinner

Quorn mince pasta bake with sweetcorn

Snacks

Plum/banana

0 weeklies used/23 left

Exercise was Dog walking.
 
Quarter of a pound on but that's ok as totm and it's been a bit heavy since yesterday! Did my measurements as well,will post them soon,want to do my exercises first!
 
Measurements are

Arms Sts

Waist 34 so a inch off(last time was 37 but don't count that as totm and was bloated) before that it was 35.

Hips 41 so 1.5 off

Thighs

23.5 so 2 inches off.
 
Great measurements daisy! Cottage cheese is nice, I don't seem to get it very often so might have to change that! You can add loads of nice stuff to it.
Just been catching up on last couple of days and the fruit thing totally makes sense as I read lots of stuff about sugar making you want to eat more and always forget about sugar in fruit. This bloody dieting business is so much effort isn't it? Even fruit can be the enemy!

Thanks about my measurements :0) sounds like the sale of cottage cheese will be going up for sure soon then! Yea losing weight is never easy,if only it was hard to put it on then we'd all be ok lol :0)
 
Well done on ur loss! That's fab loss on measurements! When did u take them last?
