Eek about the white face above you! Sometimes dreams can be scary! It depends with the apples,sometimes I have one afterwards and then then other one a while after that one.It depends how hungry I am.

Just thinking it's a good way to fill up at a meal without having a big portion if u get what I mean

Apples make me hungry. I bulk up my meals with very low calorie veg such as carrots or broccoli. So I have a big portion of veg but smaller portion of the main thing.

That's strange, apples r filling for me. Yeah I have been eating lots of veg lately but I like my potatoes too much, forgot to buy my Bns this wk :(

Yea I get what you mean,I'd rather have 2 of those then a bigger sandwich.Though egg on toast is pretty filling.

Yea I like to have plenty of veg with my dinner.Do other fruits make you feel hungry or is it just apples?
 
Everything looking good as usual, Daisy. I think I could really do with taking a leaf out of your book when it comes to portion control and nice, clean food choices.

Fruit often seems to have the effect of making me hungry too, sarah. So you aren't alone! With the exception of bananas or pineapple which seem to make me feel fuller.

I am a big sceptic when it comes to ghosts. This is possibly a bit of a self-protective thing as I get spooked very very easily so trying to firmly believe it is all nonsense kind of helps!

I get spooked sometimes as well.I live in a old school house but thankfully it doesn't feel haunted ;0) thanks about my food.Am really enjoying my meals at the moment.Dont like to get bored of something.Though I go through stages of sticking with the same things for a while.
 
It was tough going last night when the OH had some apple pie.it wasn't the pie itself but the yummy smell that got to me so I drank some lemon juice to numb the cravings..it worked ;0)
 
It's only apples that make me hungry! Its a weird stomach hurting hunger too ! Weird!

Well found explanation to our fruit induced hunger. I am a big fan of the idea to eat cheese every time you eat fruit ;) Maybe cottage cheese might be a better option... Although it seems there is a world shortage of cottage cheese at the moment - Sainsburys seem permanently sold of it.
 
It varies hugely I find. Some are totally rank whereas some are delicious. Its always the delicious ones that are out of stock :(
 
Food update for 18th of July

Breakfast

Oats/banana

Lunch

Ham and tomato sandwich/2 apples

Snacks

Banana

Dinner

Tuna pasta bake with added ham and tomatoes

Snacks

Fab Lolly 3pp/grapes with yoghurt 2pp/orange

5 weeklies used/23 left

Exercise was dog walking and 15 minutes gym ball.
