Omlette sandwiches are awesome. I like one egg cheese omlettes in a wrap with sweet chilli sauce. Nom.

You're doing really well Daisy. Managing to have several days without using weeklies. Have you got anything planned for them at the weekend or are you just trying to only have them when you need them?

The OH had cheese with his omelette.Yours sounds very nice indeed! I wi tomorrow so weeklies start again tomorrow.I guess I just use them as and when really,like I will tomorrow as we will be having sundaes :0)

Thanks Purp.As to the mince,curry powder,garlic,onions,can of chopped tomatoes.Next time I will make it a chilli one and add more veg.Yup cubed potato!

Great loss there, Daisy. Well done!

And last night's dinner looks really tasty. I used to make a potato. lamb mince and pea curry that was very similar apart from the peas went in the dish rather than on the side! Haven't made that for several years, might have to make that again at some point soon. Thanks for the inspiration!
