They put calories on some menu items too! Which I ignore. I think treats like that shouldn't be ruined by low calorie meals lol!
 
Thanks Purp :0) ohh yes..the desserts..my favourite part of the meal,lol yea plus its on wi day so will have all week to be good! I shall be ignoring the calories as well ;0)

Thanks Becks,all going well,still slack on exercise but my back has been twinging this week so have left it to be on the safe side!
 
You need to be safe with exercise and lay off it until back is better! Bad baks are a nightmare!

Sounds interesting! I find the best way to workout abs is through other exercises. Balancing and holding positions!

Okay I'm on a bus home now fr Brighton city centre to Friends house and actually have no clue when to get off. I have maps app, so when the blue dot looks close I'll hop off and find them lol! My iPhone saves me all the time. Got at least 20mins yet so I can chill!
 
Will let you know how I get on with them,it's mainly something I can do in the bedroom and something that doesn't take long so will keep me motivated to exercise,am planning on doing proper workouts once the OH is back at Uni so I have my front room back lol.Though he will nip into the study/Starwars room if I do want to work out in the front room! I have a blackberry but the OH has a iPhone and I love my iPod! Hope you find your way ok and enjoyed the chill out time :0)
 
Food still looking very good, Daisy :) And definitely liking your plan of having friday as a "day off". You are super-motivated and I have never known you to even have a "wobble" about plan like the rest of us so very much deserved. Hope you enjoy every mouthful. Especially of that sundae you are testing for me ;)

Definetly avoid anything too strenuous exercise wise if your back is being problematic. In january I felt a slight twinge in my back while doing a workout at home but continued til the end and my back ended up buggered for the best part of a week. I was walking around like a hunch back and it took 2 trips to the chiropractor to straighten me out. Painful and expensive. Walking is meant to be good at stretching out the muscles if your back is playing up though, so that might be worth trying.
 
Omg when I got whiplash I saw chiropractor and that neck cracking (air escaping) noise terrifies me. I cringe when I just read that you went atomic. I was forced to go by OH! It I'd sort me out tho! Plus he did an X-ray of my back which I liked lol!
 
Thanks about my day off Atomic and I will be reporting back about the sundae for sure :0) so sorry to hear what happened with your back!they are such fragile things!yea I've learnt to be sensible with mine,same as my feet,it must come with age ;0)
