Daisy's sf diary

Sounds good. Maybe sticking to that until your back is back to normal might be an idea?

A photo is a very good idea! But I want a picture of the whole meal, not just the dessert... We are demanding aren't we?

And yes Purpled - the cracking noise is rather terrifying and its a truly odd experience to be pushed and pulled around like they do but it made so much difference to my back I would recommend it to anyone. The first sesson I literally could not straighten myself up how ever hard I tried but walked out of there like a proper non-hunchbacked person.

Yea I agree bout the walking.Hopefully it be ok soon as its not bad now I can just feel it so to speak,at the bottom in the middle of my spine.Ok about photos of both, that's not a problem ;0) no idea what I'm going to have yet! But I still can't wait ;0) yea I know others who have needed help with their backs before, glad it helped you out :0)

I used to really like dog walking in the rain, just as long as it wasn't the one before work - not good to turn up already soggy.

What are the lemon lollies you are having for no points on SF? Sounds intriguing. Finally having a SF day again today, although pretty much my default as I left my homemade and pointed sandwiches in the fridge this morning so had to grab a baked potato with beans from the canteen for lunch.

Hi,yea once you own a dog a walk in the rain soon becomes part of the job! But yea starting the day off soggy is so not a good look! The lemon lolly was just lemon juice in water made in a Morrisons lolly maker container.Hope you enjoy your sf day, handy that you could grab something healthy and sf from the canteen :0)

My Quorn mince chilli with veg and brown rice, made enough chill for four to be frozen.

Chilli looks yummy. And clever idea about making the ice lollies out of squash. I tried making some out of cherry pepsi max a few months ago but there sort of exploded in the freezer... I don't think you are meant to freeze things that are fizzy...

Rainy weekend dog walks are something I really miss. And walking the dog in the snow. I need a dog to borrow for walkies, clearly.

Lol oopps yea frozen fizz not a good idea! Yea side line of dog walking for you would be ideal :0) the juice lolly is so easy to do,very yummy but not polite to eat,bit of slurping goes on!
