Thanks about my dinner and use of weeklies ;0) the OH would love it if I made toad in the hole,maybe it should go on my autumn/winter cook list!
 
I've only had ready made ones(apart from my Mum's) I've looked a WW recipe up for it so once I have a whisk and flour im sorted lol
 
Food update for Monday 27th of August ..pp day

Breakfast

Muesli 4pp/banana

Lunch

Cheese 2pp and tomato toastie 5pp apple/plum

Dinner

2 sausages 5pp mash 6pp peas 2pp 2 Yorkshire pudding 2pp gravy 1pp

Snacks

Peach/plum with ice cream 4pp and yoghurt 2pp

33pp so 7 weeklies used/20 left

Exercise was dog walking

Dinner was indeed very yummy! Thanks about my weekend :0) all treats were very nice,especially the ice cream ;0) though I do love chocolate lol
 
Bike ride today was good,pushed myself cos of being on my own so instead of 10 minutes bike and 5 minutes walk,I did 7 minutes bike and 3 minutes walk.can feel the difference :0)

Well when I put the top on I was like 'ohhh look' to the OH,lol and asked him to take a pic so I could share on here :0)
 
Tonight's dinner..cottage pie and mixed veg ..only 3pp on simply filling for the gravy and cheese!

Food update for tuesday 28th August

Breakfast

Half banana(was a bad one so had more cereal)/crunchy oats

Lunch

Fried egg on toast

Snacks

Apple/plum

Dinner

Cottage pie 3pp/mixed veg

Snacks

Peach with ice cream 4pp and yoghurt 2pp

9 weeklies used/11left(that's quite low for me)

Exercise was dog walking/7 minute bike ride with a 3 minute walk.
