Thanks about my loss,yup 7 and 1/2lbs to go.,.excited about that! And 1lb to have lost 3 stone :0) I had a few slices for you,hehe ;0)

When you have a night off do you still allow yourself 49 weeklies for the rest of the week? Or do you take 7 off??

Thanks,really I only take the evening off but that suits me and yup it is always exciting when so close to a number change :0)

Dunno! I never used to have a day off! I just used to pretend things were free to make myself feel better lol

Lol good idea,well apart from my holiday in May this was my third night off and used all but 5 weeklies last week and still lost yesterday but weight doesn't always work in our favour so hopefully I will still be ok :0)
 
I think we need days off otherwise we are constantly thinking about food. I'm going to London tomorrow, show tomorrow night, paralympics mon and tue morning, shopping. Home wed. Then 2 busy days were I'm not at work!! Not gonna bother counting anything! As its so hard when you eat out!!
 
Wow busy time for you! Hope you have a fab time though I'm sure you will! Plus you've always done so well on WW that no pointing wont hurt ;0)
 
My perfect ending to last night was my best friend booking us tickets for my birthday for us to go and see Tinchy Stryder..am I his number one fan? No/do i know some of his songs? Yes/will I get to dance? Yes/will I be one of the eldest there?yes/do I care?no/I will have fun out with my best friend and that's what counts :0)
 
I am SO envious of your pizza and chocolate fudge sundae. NOM!!!!!

I tend to take 7 weeklies off when I have a meal off plan but in reality 7 weeklies isn't going to make any difference to the weigh in result at all so i think its doing whatever makes it more likely that you will stay in control and on plan for the rest of the week. Theoretically my meal out on tuesday could have been counted and would have just taken all my remaining weeklies but I know that having to have 3 days with no weeklies would have made it too hard to stay on plan after having the weekend off so it made more sense just to count 7 of them.
