I agree with you Atomic that it's best to do what works to help keep us on track..will be on plan next Friday but will have the Saturday off instead :0)
Food was yummy yesterday though alas it wasn't a sundae..that will be homemade next Friday ;0)
 
Which pizza did you get! Is pizza hut the one that does them really thin crispy pizzas that are huge but thin? As I love them but it could be pizza express I'm thinking of!

Enjoy planning Saturday off!! It's great cos if you fancy a treat in the week toucan just say 'I'll have it Saturday' in some ways that makes it better :)
 
I had the chicken supreme which is chicken,onion and mushroom,they do thin pizzas there so it could be pizza hut you are thinking of!
Well I'm planning Saturday off as I'm going to make a Ice cream cake for my birthday to share with the kids and OH,it's from Nigella Lawson though of course will be my own take on it lol.Emma on here told me about it when I was raving about ice cream the other day ;0)
 
Enjoy the icecream cake :) take a photo!! Is it Swiss roll around the edge with icecream in the middle? As I saw her do that once on tv!!!

And I said to OH can we get pizza in London cos I fancy pizza!!! He said what made you say that! I said Daisy had one. He said who is Daisy. So I said you was a Internet diet friend. Lol!! Anyway we will go for pizza :)
 
No but that does sound nice ;0) I'll put the link up,I've brought the sauces,might make them myself one day,will use Oreo biscuits and me and the OH are going to decide together on the chocolate ;0)

No I said you were daisy who was incredibly supportive and had the cutest dog and there was Jaly who knew every single calorie and propoints and was a teenage Einstein and a few others!!

Very true!!
Jaly is probably smarter than Einstein. True about Daisy too!! It's weird isn't it....like I imagine how everyone is in'real life' but it's hard to tell people's personalities on here!!

Hmm I am still supportive of people in real life but I'm lazy,fickle,anti social..erm emotional ..the list is endless..oh shy aswell ;0)

Don't be hard on yourself! You don't sound lazy to me. You go for lots of walks with your lovely dog and do lots with your family. I dont know what fickle means. Emotional can be a good thing. And shy isn't a bad thing. :)
 
Food update for Saturday 1st of September/pp day

Breakfast

Crunchy oats 4pp/banana

Lunch

Ham and tomato toastie 6pp/apple

Dinner

Shop brought cheese and bacon slice of quiche 7pp/mash 6pp/beans 5pp

Snacks

Icecream 4pp with 4 melted squares of chocolate
2pp/orange

34pp/8 weeklies used/41 left

Exercise was dog walking
 
Mmms icecream and melted chocolate sounds lush!!

And thanks for the English lesson. So fickle means you change your mind/opinion/interests a lot. I am also fickle.
 
Yup that's being fickle..bit like me wanting a kettle bell but I've changed my mind now.. ;0)
Ice cream and chocolate was yummy..had mint choc chip tonight! Got it today so best to check it out ;0)
