Ooo! Roast!! Can just smell it now!! Such a long time since I did a roast with the yorkshire puds an'all! and lovely thick gravy, roast parsnips and peas.... :drool:

Been for a nice walk with Lola and the OH,the tide was mainly in so no bird chasing for Lola but she still got wet and sandy bless her ;0)

Breakfast

Quiche 7pp 4 slices of ham 1pp tomatoes/cucumber/orange

Dinner

Pork 5pp mash 6pp peas 2pp 2 Yorkshire puddings 2pp gravy 1pp

Snacks

Icecream 4pp with choc sauce 1pp

Grapes/apple

Exercise was Dog walking

I haven't told them yet,probably once they are here on Friday night as will probably add the sauces to our sundaes..I added the choc one to my ice cream last night..it was delish! That's good you will make it aswell..am leaving the peanuts out of mine though I guess that means more chocolate lol :0)

I LOVE the picture of Lola the parrot! Bless her, although I suspect that wasn't particularly comfortable for your OH.

Chocolate sauce looks really good. Did you make it? I make a really simply one with Sainsburys basic dark chocolate, light soya cream and golden syrup. Talking about it is really making me want ice cream though

From your description of Lola's walk I suspect I know a bit better exactly where you live now! Ha ha! I sound like a stalker

Lol he is used to it with Lola..she flings herself around his shoulders alot!
I've written your chocolate sauce down before but I do confess that the one I have right now is shop brought!
I thought you knew where I lived anyhow ;0)
