I thought it looked like a fairly small portion too! Surprised it is 50g as have 50g or 60g and it seems all my dinners still look rather large. You have me worried my scales are wrong now!

Yesterday's dinner sounds delicious. Mmmmmm.

Good work on the exercise and it is definitely the thought that counts with the bike ride!
 
Maybe because you can't see all the pasta! Am sure your scales are fine Atomic :0)

Thanks about the thought with the bike ride,I want to exercise so it's not a chore but obviously not too slack with it either!
 
I am going to believe that my scales aren't broken because I don't want less food!

I think you are doing really well with the exercise, Daisy. Doing stuff every week and mixing it up too.
 
I think pasta is so weird cos if you weigh it dry you get so much less pasta for your pp but if you weigh it cooked you get more pasta for the same pp! It's stupid! This is what used to happen on my ww scales! I asked my leader at the time and she said to go by the cooked weight! Thing is its only me eats wholewheat so I have to weigh it first!

Breakfast

Crunchy oats/Banana

Lunch

Cheese 2pp and tomato on 2 slices of toast with a slice of ham on top!/apple

Dinner

Pasta Bol with a slice of bread

Snacks

Icecream 5pp with chocolate sauce 1pp

Orange/grapes

8 weeklies used/11 left

Exercise was dog walking

Wow that's good! I got my yoga insanity workout today and I'm really not in the mood for it, I'm actually feeling even more low today and it's not helping with my motivation! :-(

Thanks,sorry to hear you are feeling more low today,do you think that if you do it,it might make you feel better? Or how about a walk in the fresh air? Is it cos you are on your own again today?

Exercise doesn't really have that effect on me! Its cos it's term time again, I'm on my own and it's just such a hectic time, plus every day seems to b the same and I just get board!

There's nothing worse then being bored,how bout a new hobby or a old one you haven't done for a while?
 
Im joining in a challenge as of today thanks to Frances..it will wean me off the icecream till the weekend as well :0)
