When I'm on plan I do the exercise, have s fair bit of fruit and veg and about a litre of water, so I think I do all that anyway?

Yea I mean apart from juice I mainly drink water and I do have fruit and veg,I just fancied some renewed determination as I feel like I've lapsed the last week and a bit!

Good work doing the exercise ball workout first thing. I always like the smug feeling you get to enjoy all day when you have already done your exercise for the day.

Liking the idea of soup and toastie. I was planning on things like that for work lunches this week and then the sun went and came out again! I am unimpressed. I was enjoying the Autumn weather :(

Hi Purp,it was to lose 5lbs in 5 weeks before my birthday,a lb to go but don't think I'll will get there this week as my eyes have been bigger then my belly lol
 
Exercise ball sounds good! I used to have one but only used it once. It made a good pretend chair though lol!!

I wish I knew all the exercises as it is supposed be a fab toning workout!!

Lol!! My eyes are always bigger than my belly! Especially when it involves dessert!

I know some as before I got mine a friend had one so she showed me lots of exercises for it plus I found a good site on here the other day with 40 exercises for it!

The first week back into routine is often the hardest!..I plan on not doing much when OH goes back to Uni,will enjoy 'me' time the first week! Am sure you will soon get back into things :0)
 
I will, I stopped back at work tonight and have a better idea of where I'm going with lessons etc this year and I guess that has to take priority. Exercise will come eventually!
