Food update for yesterday Friday the 13th of July

Breakfast

Oats/banana

Lunch

Ham and tomato sandwich/2 apples

Snack

Banana

Dinner

Baked potato with tuna/peppers/onion filling with peas and sweetcorn on the side

Snacks

Grapes plum yoghurt 2pp WW lolly 3pp

Snacks at my friend's

Curly Wurly 3pp quavers 2pp

Exercise was dog walking and 5 minutes back exercise from you tube
 
Looks like a tasty day. Was it a plum yogurt you had? Or a plum and a yogurt? I really like the sound of a plum yogurt but don't remember ever seeing any.

Did you end up doing anything particularly different last week with your food or exercise? Trying to nick ideas to replicate your great success! Maybe its just your body's pattern as if I remember correctly since starting on SF you have had two huge losses each followed by a smaller loss the next week. Still very very impressive work though.

Was grapes and a plum with yoghurt on top,my fault as didn't put a / in,I do get lazy like that! Yea 1st week I lost 3.75lb then a Sts then 3.75lbs again! Well the weeks I lost I had 23 and 22 weeklies left.The other week I had 13 left.As to exercise I did more on the first two weeks,this last week was just dog walking a one 8 minute Tae bo workout out so not really sure how the exercise fits into it.Might be like you say and just my body adjusting to it all :0)

Tuna pasta with veg and added tomatoes.

Snacks

Grapes/plum mixed with clotted cream ice cream 3pp and yoghurt 2pp

5 weeklies/34 left

Exercise was dog walking and 5 minutes shoulder workout from you tube
 
Very good day for you daisy! You have such great will power!

I took a photo of Daisy on Friday for you! My mums dog, she gets scared when new people come round, stares at them for ages. Doesn't pay attention to people messin with their favourite squeaky toy! So she sat for an hour staring at my mums friend.

Hehe at Daisy! Great pic,the toy adds to it lol.Aw at her getting scared of new people.Thanks about my day ;0)
 
Just looked at your photos! You have lost so much weight! You can really see the difference. You must be really pleased! :)
 
Just did a 15 minute bike ride on my push bike,wanted to check the tyres out(got a flat last time)all ok and might try for a bit longer next time ;0)

Quorn mince pasta bake with cherry tomatoes/peas/sweetcorn

Snacks

Grapes/plum with 30g ice cream 3pp

3 weeklies used/31 left

Exercise was dog walking/5 minutes inner thigh and 5 minutes shoulder workout from you tube/15 minutes bike ride.

Did you enjoy the bike ride? I have a bike sat in my garden that I haven't been on for a year or so. I quite like it when out but I find if I am on the cycle paths pedestrians are annoying and I am too terrified of cars to go on the road.

Where I used to live I did bike a fair bit and before I learned to drive 5 years ago I would bike everywhere but since moving here my poor bike sat in the spare room until recently but then when I took it out I got a flatty so yesterday was my first proper go on it for a while so to speak.I did enjoy it and was tempted to go farther but thought it best not to as first time on it.Yup it can be scary on the roads!
 
Have been food shopping today but we are out in town again tomorrow afternoon and thought about having a nose in a different food shop,what would folks recommend,Asda,aldi or lidl?

Thanks hun,I used to shop in Asda a long time ago but where I live now,Tescos is more convenient.Ive never tried the other two shops!
