Hi all,
It's my first day and first attempt at Cambridge after doing every diet under the sun. Mainly weight watchers but after they went to pro points I couldn't get my head round it anymore! Anyway need to lose around 3 stone to get to goal of safely under 10 stone ish. Needed to get some weight off quickly for an event I have at end of June so thought Cambridge would help!
Anyway I'm doing step 2, as I have a fairly active job and also i like to exercise. Plus I eat my main meal with my team and didn't relish the idea of having to explain why I was drinking a shake! (am I the only one that likes to keep dieting a secret- I think it's because I'm afraid of having to explain if I fail) anyway first pack - maple pecan porridge! Nearly heaved but after a while tasted ok. Got a slight cold do think it may make this a bit extra hard!
Planning on 2 strawberry shakes during the day and seared tuna steak with stir fried broccoli and cabbage for dinner.
Please stop by and off any advice you can. If anyone has any 200cal meal ideas I'd love to hear them! Otherwise I can see me eating a combo of chicken and broccoli and tuna and brocollli! Lol
