I've been getting all the recipes for the packs from here. Its a risky strategy as my first attempt at a muffin was barley edible! Plus they say if your only SS and heat the packs in the microwave they lose nutrients. But I'm on step 2 plus if making a pack into a biscuit keeps me on the straight and narrow I'll take the risk!!!

Totally better to do that than fall of the wagon! Great thanks il check it out fit some inspiration
 
Day 10 - I think?
Have my first social event involving food today!
Nandos - so should be able to keep on the straight and narrow by having a salad and chicken.
Struggling with having my shakes on the move. Now I blend with ice I'm not liking the lumpiness of just shaking!!!
Oh well it must be done!
 
Back from Nandos, had green salad, with quarter chicken breast! Even picked off the skin which is the best bit! Passed the test with flying colours!

Day 13 I think!
Feeling well tired today! Had porridge and shake @ work today on the go. Is so much better being @ home to mix up my packs. Not loving the shakes when there not blended with ice! Omelette for dinner. Really tired want to go to bed early but got another pack to have! Feels like a bit of a chore but I know I must. 2nd weigh in tomorrow eve - very nervous as its in the eve and have weighed in morning usually - Not expecting much but hey HO!
 
Day 14 - 2 Weeks!!!! Woop woop.
Can't believe I've made it this far! Well proud. WI in later. Not expecting much on scales due to big loss last week but even if I lose nothing I'm a winner because I've managed to stay true to this diet for 2 solid weeks and that's an achievement in its own right!

Day??? - 16!
Still going strong! Have started to eat a little bit more during my 1 meal a day (more chicken)
Mainly because I've been feeling a bit weak and tired and to help combat this when I exercise.
I must admit its a struggle to eat as my stomach has defo shrank!
I have Just over a week left before I go to Spain for 4 days (1 more weigh in on Wednesday) I'm becoming increasingly hysterical about the idea of coming of plan for those few days. I do intend to go as low carb/no carb as possible but I'm so worried about regaining any weight! I'll be well upset if I do )-:
 
Day 18
Went to a fitness event @ my gym 3 hrs of boxing, spinning and aerobics! Really pleased with myself as I coped much better than I have the past few weeks with the level of exercise. I was really worried that I had lost a lot of my fitness doing this diet but I think my body just needed the time to adjust to working out on less calories! After the workout there were cupcakes, sandwiches and crisps for everyone. I made my excuses and left sharpish! I must admit though I love, love, love cupcakes and today the smell of the sugar was really off putting! Long may I hate sugar!!!! Lol
 
Weigh in number 3 today. Only 1lb off. Although its only a pound I'm happy because I think my loses before that we're quite quick so I was bound to have a slower week. Plus it's a pound in the right direction!
Not seeing my CDC till 21st (scary) as off to Spain next week for 3 days so picked up 2 weeks worth of products! Roll on 21st!
