Morning all
Well today is day 17 and I've woken up in a far better fettle than yesterday so going to put the smear at the back of my mind ( until I get the hospital appt I know there is nothing I can do )
The days are flying by, even just moving around is much easier and I know getting back on plan has already improved my health even in the small few weeks so far.
I'm my own worst critic at times ( like many women ) but I can already see and feel the changes.
I'm going to have to get 2 weeks of products on Tue as I have a office day the Tue after so won't be able to get there. I have no problem with that and am hoping after the 2 weeks I will be back in the 14's which is just mind blowing as I started at 16.12 ( currently 15.9 so 9lb in 3 wks is easy do able )
I'm off work on Sunday so shall be doing another good walk with the hubby
Then I'm also off next Thur and Friday so should get in a extra one next week.
The following weekend in in London for a girlie day at the Winter wonderland in Hyde park so plenty of walking then and no deviation from plan as I'm with my daughter so have no qualms about only having my shakes
I know its mad but I have to plan ahead or things could throw me.
