Afternoon all,
A great day was had by all but 1000% off plan :-(
As predicted. We started with a magnum of prosecco on the train followed by lunch, not too naughty but a little lol
Gin n slim all day with a couple of glasses of mulled wine & a few cocktails
By this point I was rather " merry " and had a take away at the end of the night.
I didn't eat a lot of it at all but have to be honest that I did have some.
Today so far I've had 3 litre of water and product number 1. Straight back on it until Amsterdam on Wed. My friends were super complimentary and said the usual. . . You don't have another 3st to lose etc etc but I do and I will lol, they told me I went to slim in 2012 and that I look good now. Don't get me wrong I'm pretty happy at the mo but only in the respect that I'm
Happy with my progress so far but I know how much better I can do.
Hubby was great as I'm much more relaxed about off plan days ( although they are planned ) I would never have been so relaxed on 2012 and I don't mind if it takes a bit longer to get to goal but I will get there by April for our holiday.
I'm pleased Amsterdam is with my on plan friend as it's not hard for her to understand lol, she's had her 2nd weigh in and has lost 14lb in 13 days
Hope everyone has had a good weekend, this time of year is a dieters nightmare but let's not be too hard on ourselves ! Remember how far we have come and celebrate knowing how good we feel to how bad we would have not have started !
TOTM has arrived, a little late again this month but is here with a vengeance sat crying at a blooming Xmas movie lol.
I'm going to wait until Wed to record my weight obviously yesterday combined with TOTM won't be a good combo but fingers crossed by Wed I should be OK.
Anyone who manages to keep up with my Dec Jollys you do well lol, after Amsterdam I have nothing until Boxing Day which is a good clear run of 7 days completely 100% SS.
I'm going to be good Xmas day as I know Boxing Day will be naughty, we have a party at home for around 20 people so I would rather let the halo slip that day while we have people over.
For me I've always said Dec is about damage limitation rather than getting a loss, so far mentally it's working for me, I certainly don't feel as though I'm missing out on anything and I feel quite " normal " I don't even feel as though I'm on a extreme plan I have a day or so off then cut back just like any other " normal " person would.
