Hello hello sorry for delay been moving furniture since I got back for decorator this weekend Lost 3lb and 3 inches so that's 18 pound and 8 inches yippee. Will have to update signature and may challenge when I can get on laptop xx

You had a good today then that's super! How many weeks is that in?

I use the app mostly so can't see the signatures on anyone lol typical

Yes tried a tetra chocolate and was nice and also gone in a flash so bought 5 and 5 bars for the weekend away (she let me try one for free)
Still got 1 product left and had no ss+ meal today either which is good as I will be doing sat and sun.
Think I am probably going to end up at 12lb a month not 14lb as I'm doing ss+ 70% of time.
That's basically 3 weeks of step 1 and a week of step 3 to start it off. Xx

Which bars did you get? The peanut ones are lovely!!!

Even then, 12lb a month is super especially when you still get to eat!!! I miss food at the moment but I'm still being 100% so I can't grumble

Lemon. I don't like any other bar at all lol.
Well I know from the past that for me it's better to have an ss+ meal and manage that way as in the past I've ended up binging on 3000 calories worth of chocolate and crisps as felt so deprived. And I wouldn't do that normally if u get me xx

Yeah that makes sense! Where as with me, if I have a bit of chicken I'll eat a farms worth lol

Tomorrow I'm dress shopping for the wedding, I'm dreading it! And then some packing Sunday. What are your plans hun?

I'm off to Scotland in the morning. Jay is doing a 10k run in the morning so we are leaving after that with my 5 tetras and my bars lol. Prob doing ss+ both days depends how I feel I'm coping tomorrow night then the wedding Sunday and travel back first thing Monday xx

Oh and have bought a 2 litre plastic jug and just tried making my shake in it with ice and water so I can do that in Greece when I go away. Can't face the thought of taking gang bloody shaker lol xx

The circus was fab - but had me on the edge of my seat the whole time lol!!! Some pretty scary, crazy stuff!! We really enjoyed it though!! xx

Why what were they doing. I've never been to a circus.

Really dangerous acrobat acts - really high up in the air!! Was absolutely brilliant to watch tho!! -- my daughter was mesmerized by the whole thing!!!
Where do you normally lose inches from?? As long as u are losing weight it's coming off somewhere!!! Well that's my theory anyway!! If your clothes are feeling loser then u r losing inches from somewhere!!! x

Tummy I think and I suppose you're right. I'm totally out of the 18's now so that's good and I've has two weeks of flogging some joules clothes on eBay that are a 16 as I can fit in a 14. But I'm defo not an overall 14. If I can drop another 9 by holidays and be in next stone bracket I should be ok. And I feel happy all holiday clothes fit me just need makesure I don't become satisfied with the fact they fit now if u get me

Yep I completely get what you mean, I've been guilty of that in the past where I lose weight n get into a couple of sizes smaller but not my goal - but I somehow convince myself that I'm happy with what I've achieved n that I will just stay as I am for a while!!! Unfortunately very shortly after I start gaining weight until I'm back to square one!! xx

Thanks for the advice Lizz setting off in about 15 mins once his lordship had showered after his run lol. I've packed best tops and sandals and jay then showed me it's peeing down in Scotland lol whoops xx

It will be 3.5 hours I think if I can hold my wee in lol. Jay has decided we are going in my car so I had to clear it all out this morning. We are dropping the dogs off in the Lake District on the way up at a friends who has the sister Aunty and god knows what else related to my two so they get a nice break too. Jay has a hue discovery and it uses a lot of fuel. He's managed to find cover Monday morning too so he's just in the afternoon now and I will drop him off on way home then go grab him later on which is good.
Sunny on the journey so far gutted about the rain in Glasgow tho. I will keep in touch as you two defo help keep me focuses and are a god send xx
