Sometimes I find it easy to cook as I also love cooking but other times when I'm cooking something I particularly like it can be a real test!! Did the police do anything Autumn?? I like to think she's being raised well, even though sometimes it's hard work, she knows I work hard to provide.

Lush nail colour Autumn! I love painting my nails but as they all broke last week i have kept them clear until they are longer again. Having to add a few false ones for the wedding so i dont look odd! lol

Today is another stressful day at the office, but i'm trying to stay calm. I have a real off scale achievement. I bought a new S/M belt from New Look on saturday (£1.50 - Bargain) and i could get it done up to the first hole. Wearing it today with a dress that is far too big on me and its on the 3rd hole already! This diet is insane!!!!!

That is a massive achievement Lizz!!! I love this diet for the super quick results!!! It makes it all worthwhile!! But that is shocking in literally a couple of days!!

Hi just got home. Weigh in is tomorrow afternoon hoping for at least 1 off which will be good considering. Then I need 7 off jn 2 weeks to hit my pre holiday goal eeeek.

Well you defo need jacket spud and beans to get out of ketosis don't want you being poorly now do we and if your anything like me it takes a decent amount of carbs and I get back in so quickly it's unreal.
Well I'm so tired I feel headaches and drunk haha I'm watching cricket with Jay on telly but I'm in a trance
I begged him to put the heating on n now I'm boiling I daren't say lol. Off tomorrow for me. Popping to the shops with jays mum to buy Nieces birthday gifts and a few bits. May have a nandos chicken salad after with jay I'm undecided as I've managed ss since Tuesday xx
