I have an orange water flavouring u can have for nothing Lizz only used it once wasn't my thing. To be fair I don't like orange cordial so not sure what I was thinking getting it. Prob cos it was free. Let me know and I will pop in post for you hun.
I may give jelly a whirl then. Managed 2:25 litres today plus products but reckon kn holiday I will struggle and get bored so it's worth a shot.
I've been watching tv and listening to jay drunk snore all evening.
Take pictures of the mess he walked out as if that would mean it hasn't actually happened in his drunken world. I bet his mum is still finding bits of choc mint on appliances and walls as I type lol. Oh could only happen to me. I'm up early tomorrow as I'm going in work for a day haha wish every week was this lazy but needs must. Thursdays are outpatient days tho so I will be cool bagged and water bottled up ready for action and catheterise myself whilst I'm at it maybe lol xx

oh dear, today is going to be a long day for you then! I always feel for the consultants when i go to the hospital about my wrist. the clinic is manic, and they have people just bringing food and drinks to them as they dont leave! My sister is a nurse in outpatients and she sometimes doesnt get out of work until 8/9pm :(

I know you have some really early ones Lizz. I'm so rubbish with morning though so I'm now knackered. I've got 7 more days at work until I go away so just got to keep going!

Today is my first day of step 3! I'm playing around with it a bit though to see what suits!

What sort of hours do you do on out patients? Must be a tough day diet wise

I broke my wrist at a rollerdisco in Jan....so had 2 ops and then i've just got check ups now. My consultant is ace though.

I'm up at 545 most days at the moment it feels like! Its easier for me to get into the office early and finish early during school half term. I'll have less early next week. I dont mind them, but it does mess with my body clock....a lie in now is 730! lol

OMG hun how exciting!!! How do you feel about the reintroduction of carbs? i think that would freak me out....
 
I've got to admit that am a little scared. But I spoke to my CDC yesterday who said it's much less terrifying when you seeing on the plate! She also suggested that I could basically have a product for breakfast the have the fruit through the day rather than a product and a breakfast. I'm not a hobbit I don't need a second breakfast! So I have my salad for my lunch and I am popping to the shop to get some fruit in a bit. So basically there hasn't been any difference so far and I am just putting off the inevitable carbs! Having said that I know I'll be ok. You've just got to trust the plan some times! I will have a think about what I'm having for my tea when I'm in sainsburys. I have the app for guidance. So I'm hoping to stick exactly to the first day. I am sort of convinced I'll slip into step 2 and miss out the carbs because I'm not hungry. I'm scared of suddenly feeling hungry again!

Yeah I can understand all that. I find it scary because I'm still on no food at all. Stage 3 feels very far away :(
But I think once I've got my head round what's allowed I'll be in the kitchen creating lol

Ohhhh exciting times Tigg. I am not bothering with the salad lunch as I won't be able to sort that being abroad. Let me know how it goes.

Lizz on a thurs it's gynea outpatients 1-5 and obs outpatients is tues allllll dayyyyyy longhgggg that's even more chaos cos if scans and midwives etc. This morning is ward round which was over quite fast now just sorting bits for this afternoons clinic now. I'm coming in tomorrow now as locum is off sick and nobody to cover EPU/GAU clinic so I said I'd do it.
I hate early mornings too haha xx
 
I have to say I'm unconvinced about the salad lunch. I know it sounds silly but for everything else they give you an amount (weight or volume) but a small bowl of salad just doesn't make sense to me. Anyway I figured as I had a bag of salad in the fridge is give it a go.

Busy day for you autumn. Today is quiet for me at the moment as I haven't been called out to a scene and I have caught up with most of the office stuff. But I have an audit, accreditation application and filming to prepare for. Still could be worse. At least I don't have to deal with people today. I'm not good with people when I'm struggling with diet.

Anyway back to work...

I haven't had a week off since 2010 so I think I'm just getting to a point where I am overly exhausted and work is just not on my agenda! My folks have a chalet near Yarmouth and I'm tempted to take myself there for a long weekend on my own....sounds really lame doesn't it :(

Tigg the thought of a bowl if plain salad leaves bored me senseless hence why I'm missing if out. It will be all if 20 calories n hard for me to do on holiday xx

About to brave the rain to post my sister's birthday present off and join the local leisure centre near work. I think I'm more likely to use the facilities here than at home. I'm always knackered by the time I get in. And it's rarely before 8pm.

I just need to take products and blender, with books//magazines/dvd's and running kit! I barely get reception there either which is even better!

Thats the best idea hun! I used to do a 5k run after work 3 days a week as the gym was round the corner, but getting divorced and working longer hours stopped that.

i've signed up for an online nutritionist course that i will be doing in the evenings once that is set up! I'm not sure what else i can do from home to keep my brain from turning to food!
