Lizz, make the calls and have a look see and what else is out there. Then give your landlord and ring and tell him what you've done re looking at alternative houses. If he has to find new tenants that'll soon focus his mind and make him realise he can't take the p**s out of you. If you find somewhere better then go for it. Obviously you might find that a contract suddenly turns up and makes the problem go away!

Morning! I didn't sleep well either. I woke up early (not a morning person) and I'm sniffly.

Lizz make some calls and see what they say. It can do you no harm and will help settle your mind on there being options for you. And there will be options there always is.

I'm just waiting for 9am to hit and then I'll phone up about some properties. The problem I have is the location. I'm so restricted because my folks do the early school run for me it's hard to balance location/cost/house
I'm going to phone des at 10 (the landlord) and see what he's got to say. I haven't got time for empty promises.

That's the right thing to do Lizz make some calls, get some options lined up the tell your landlord what's happening. Landlords are about cash and the thought of losing a paying tenant is likely to make him pull his finger out and sort the contract. But tell him he's got until you find a suitable alternative to produce it for signature otherwise he will be losing out.

I'm going to see a house in a village called Otford today (near Sevenoaks). I'm originally from Newcastle, then I moved to London and now I'm going even further south into kent! But I'm also on call so could be heading to a fire scene somewhere! I'm hoping to be able to get outside for a while later. I think I might go for a run. I haven't been for a proper run I a long while.

I've been naughty, I've not gone off plan but because of moving up a step I'm weighing myself at home. A lot! I'm convinced in eating too much to enable any weight loss at all and I'm actually going to out weight on! Anyway it seems I'm not putting weight on so I WILL stop doing that.

I will post pics if we like the house. We know we like the village and it's perfect for us because it's got a good train station and it is half an hour closer to work for me in the car.

Lizz any luck on the house/landlord front?

I will take pics in Italy and post on here whenever I get the chance. It'll be good to remind myself my aims whilst I'm out there.

Wow that's good u aren't gaining hun. I weigh everyday with jays fancy pant scales lol. I was in the 14's today hehe exciting as was in 15's yesterday.
I will post pics but maybe not of me as am not at your skinny stage yet lol xx

Are you watching that on living +1? I think I watched that exact same programme earlier! That guy is amazing at getting people to lose weight. I think it's a shame we don't see any update to know how they're doing 6months later etc. she did look amazing though!

Yes living+1 haha spooky. It's onto a big guy now who weighs 651lb but had to pause it. Thing is the amount of effort they have to put in you couldn't do that with a job and kids all the exercise and stuff Like on biggest loser xx

Yes...huge update!!' I phoned him and he went on about how stressed he is Blar Blar Blar and I said that I just need a tenancy agreement and I'll be off his back and I'll write it myself if I need to. So I have! I went online and found a free template, updated it all, and I've sent it over to him to approve. It'll be signed by me tomorrow and then signed by him Monday. We are still moving into the house it seems.

We will keep you focused while you're in Italy hun but you have to have the ice cream, I don't care what plan you're on you can't do Italy and no ice cream lol
