I want your fancy pants scales!!!! Stamps foot!!! Lol Tigg what scales do you have? I'm going to have to face my weight eventually! Current loss: 19lbs and 14.5" inches

Well I'm lucky that they're from jays clinic and spare but I have some salter digital ones that show body fat water and bmi plus weight that I used to use they're quite good too I just dknt bother with them.
Fingers crossed on the house situation then just keep pushing him for a signature and it will be done then. He's not going to want to waste time finding someone else. Makes me wonder if he has money issues if he's selling kne your in now. Jays eldest brother (getting married aug we don't see as much of) rents a few houses out and jay says he makes the perfect landlord cos he's a miserable get lol.
Just realised last time I was in the 14's was about August last year oh that's made my day now xx

I have what sounds similar to Autumns old scales. They do fat% etc. I got them for £10 in TKMaxx! They are pretty accurate though as they match exactly what my cdc's says and hers are definitely more expensive than £10! You'll need them once you're maintaining for def as then you can keep an eye on everything.

We've seen the house and it is lovely. Hubby is just doing the test walk to the station and we will have a chat once he's here. I'm on call so brought the van to the station and I'm just waiting in the car park for him.

The old scales I had were unreliable and so the daily weighing was a bad idea as I was always not what I expected. These scales though I think are quite safe for daily weighing!

Anyway the house was nice and we are having a think. If we move the house we go to has to be close to perfect! As we love our flat.

Well I've done a dummy run pack with laptop hand blender jug and products and we stalk have 6-7kg spare which I'm not telling Mira or she will want to take even more stuff. Haha she's like an elderly version of sex in the city with a different outfit for each day and nobody will see it lol.
What a difference a week makes. I ordered a black bikini from next and thought it's a bit small as revealing and now it's a bit loose should have got a smaller back size but hey ho everything fits and is a 14 with odd thing a 16 that's loose and I can't be bothered replacing so I'm pleased now. X

My mam has at least two outfits per day for her holidays, I tend to pack light and not worry about looking nice. I'd rather relax and not care too much. Having said that now I am slimmer I am looking forward to wearing nice things. Just realised that I have t-shirts and a couple of dresses but I don't have any shorts or skirts. That means shopping. Hmmm

Anyway a little bit loose in your clothing is all good!

My scales are Salter. I think they may be the exact ones that autumn had. I picked them up when I bought my dresses! Figured I should get something vaguely accurate!

We don't know about the house yet. Simon (hubby) is shockingly bad at making decisions. When we got this flat I brought him here tired and hungover and told him we were getting it. When he's awake and clear headed he over analyses everything. I thought we'd found our perfect place a month ago but he wasn't sure and then someone else got it.

I'm off to a friends birthday celebration, we are heading to a beer garden then Korean BBQ. It's not dog meat, it's self cooked meat on a little mini BBQ in the table eaten wrapped in lettuce leaves. So totally on the plan. Also I'm pretty sure I under rather than over eat at these things now that I am so aware of what I'm putting in my mouth. Also I don't need the food to soak up the booze. I'm not drinking anything other than water.

My run was good, a little slow but I'll blame that on the hot sun. I don't do well in the sun!

I can recommend it. But if you find one avoid the plum wine. It is evil.

Tbh I am sort of thinking I'd like to stay here and sit in the garden a bit and relax. I missed out in bank holiday Monday and feel robbed. Hope you have a relaxing evening after the packing Autumn.
