Well I've had a good body scrub and used my oil washed and had treatments kn my hair and now say back downstairs whilst his lordship has both dogs laid on him watching the cricket grrrrr xx

Erm it's a body scrub a salon brand they use that has ginger and other stuff in it then u shower it off and they run oils in your body. Have lost 3 or 4 inches off my thighs n skin gone weird loose like so am oiling it up big time at moment lol. Hair done weds and nails thurs n toes then get me on that plane xx

I just had this. Burgers with garlic, onion, lots of parsley and a pinch of paprika. One topped with cheese, one with an egg. Lettuce, vine cherry tomatoes and a bit of homemade coleslaw.

And a glass of rosé. Just now.

It. Was. Bloody. Amazing. It's incredible how much more you appreciate food.

Well whilst you guys were all out dating, BBQ ing, in Germany or at home eating yummy burgers I've had a choc shake with decaf coffee added to it and a lemon bar with a litre of water and am now stuffed. Miserable but stuffed. My guilty pleasure for tonight is clean body, clean hair, clean nighty and clean bed sheets. Rock n roll. I've never seen Cambridge out this long before jn my life and I can only assume it's my holiday keeping me going.
Tomorrow we are off to Manchester. Jewish brunch with jays friends (1.5 litre water for me) and them to his parents were his two brothers, wives and kiddies all coming round for Sunday lunch (choc mint shake for me) if I haven't slit my wrists by bed time tomorrow it will be a miracle lol xx

If u can get back on it easily then fair play I usually end up a day becoming a week then a month although I was super food after that wedding so maybe I'm getting better. I still want another 2 1/2 stone off yet so need to strict a little whole longer x

Well I have had meat in lettuce leaves. It's much nicer than it sounds and I am now in a pub with several quite drunken people whilst drinking water! Can't wait to get home and put my pjs on! To be fair though one of the guys who I haven't seen in about a year just told me I look great! He lost weight this time last year so totally understands.

Hi Tigg what a lovely thing for him to say makes it all worthwhile. Well I've had 3 products and 3.8 litres of water and am bored so going to bed. Jay is watching battle star galactia of whatever the hell this nonsense is called and I've read my good house keeping mag. Found a great recipe for low carb pizza using cauliflower as the base and looks fab. Hoping I will actually get some sleep tonight so see u all in the morning have fun xx
