Going to try a week without adding extra salt to EVERYTHING and see of my weight loss speeds up to more than 1-2 lb a week. 100% on plan for 8 weeks now and lost 16 lb.
Still 100% on plan and down to 12 st 2. Coming off but very slowly! Have been TTC since Christmas so hopefully that may have something to do with it as I'm late!! Wish me luck!
