Hi gem_bear! Thanks for stopping by. I lost 1lb at w/i on Wednesday, which means half a stone in total. Was pleased to get the award, but disappointed in another way as I'd only lost 1lb. Spoke to my consultant about it and she said she'd have a look at my food diary and we will discuss this week.
On speaking to others though, it's become apparent that I ate lots more bread than anyone else, so, from Thursday I cut it out. I don't miss it and my digestive system has improved (if you know what I mean).
Also cutting out bananas as apparently they slow down weight loss. Also sticking to ee all week. Roll on Wednesday see of the changes have made any difference. I'd love to lose a further half a stone by the end of feb.
