Day one of getting life back

A local salon were offering a trial day I googled laser lipo trials and a few are dojng it in Essex at a cheaper price so worth a look on the Internet see what you can find
 
Defo I think the skin feels smoother to the way I looked at it some people pay more for a massage that just feels nice at least this had some other benefits, the other one I have seen is the caci treatments looks like roughly 25-30 quid and is equivalent of doing 3-4 hundred sit ups !

Didn't don30 day shred couldn't face jillian today did a 15 min an routine I found on you tube down about 130 sit-ups did 100 last night so hopefully this well start making a difference soon
 
Flipping heck that's an amazing effort - 20 situps is a blimmin struggle for me ! You will have a lovely toned tum in no time x
 
I just built up over the last two weeks started with 20 and added 10 a night it's amazing how quick your body gets used to it was amazed of you told me a fortnight ago I would be going over 100 crunches I would have laughed, abs don't even hurt the next day they burn while I am doing it but not next day , the problem
Is I have scoliosis of the spine and its playing up at the moment and inam not meant to do any impact exercise but inam
Naughty and push it a bit some times and I have been doing the shred so I haves made it painful so back to stretching and core work till its stopped be painfull x
 
Wow I should try it - that is a really impressive improvement. I agree though, normal sit ups really hurt my back, which is why I like the ab belt (plus I can watch tv with it strapped on ha ha!!) You are doing so well keeping up with Shred also- I haven't done it in ages. I've never even made it to Level 2! When it gets closer to summer and I start getting scared of bikinis I have promised myself to see it through. Hope you have a nice day x
 
Thanks berry I am over the moon got my three months slimming world and gym
Membership today so can't wait to see what I can achieve my goal is a stone in the three months
 
I can't wait til I am at the stage where I feel comfortable gymning it! Good luck - that stone will fall off for sure :)
 
Thanks I have a toning class tommorrow for an hour then swimming Friday morning x booked so far I don't do my induction till next Friday so can't get in the gym till then
