Chicken salad new potatoes cheese salad cream 400

Frankie and bennys light choice menus spagetti bolognase 350

970 with space for either a starter at frankie and bennies or a glass of wine
 
Food today


Bacon sarnie no fat wheat germ bread 280

Dinner Mexican chicken and homemade potatoe skins 650

1330 had a run today so not to worried and have 1400 spare for tommorrow

On the light choices they have 4 starter soup that is under 200 prawns which is 300Ish tomato and onion salad and crab cakes

Mains are all under 600 I had spag Bol and it wa 380!! Seafood pasta is about 330 they do a whole pizza which is under 600 crab salad, steak

Then they do three lite puds

Choc pancakes 250ish

Laminate or mango sorbet it think I had the prawns for starter and the spag Bol my whole meal was about 550 cals not bad for a night out and I didn't feel like a missed out asni had two courses I have gone over my cals for the day but have had 1210 per day over the week so very very pleased

Fab thanks for that info Debs - now know where we are going for Meg's birthday meal next Monday

I think you should make me a skinny cake and I will cook you crispy chicken and chips lol!

Apparently you can use the Betty Crocker cake mixes using diet coke instead of fat ... I have bought one to try!

14lb would make me 9st 4lb I think ultimate but unrealistic goal is 22lb that would make me 8st 10lb xx
 
When I started my goal

Was to be a size 14 and that seemed unreachable now I am a 10/12 which I never dreamed of it has shown me we are all capable of amazing things in small steps x I believe you can smash 20lbs you are doing so well and I still want to make your BBQ chicken x

Yum I might do BBQ chicken tomorrow!!

My biggest was an 18 plus but the smallest I've ever been was a 12, I think in some clothes I could probably get into 12 now. When I started out I only wanted to be a 14 but now I'm there feel I need to go bit further I definitely agree we all capable of great things and you should be so proud of how well you've done xx
