Well am taking 2 of my nephews camping tomorrow with my sis and oh and away next week so am hoping for divine intervention on the scales next week
 
Well, I have had a week away from posting. I was a bit miffed about my 1.5lb gain the week before last and went back to basics with food so there wasn't many inspiring meals to post!!!!
But I'm back in the swing again having lost 3.5lb last night!

TUESDAY 10th JUNE

500ml skimmed milk....................................HE A + 3 SYNS (for coffee)


BREAKFAST

35g fruit and fibre......................................HE B
apple pie mullerlight....................................1 SYN
chopped apple and banana


LUNCH
scrambled egg with smoked salmon
2 x M & S mini wholemeal sub rolls......HE B


DINNER
2 x fish in butter sauce..................3 SYNS
carrots and broccoli
60g cheese.........................................HE A + 3 SYNS


raspberries, pineapple and natural yogurt

Haha...well the positive thoughts didn't work ;)
I stayed the same but I am ok with that as I am hoping that will give me a decent loss again next week if I am good this coming week! And in a way, it kinda makes me more determined because I know I had a good week, so I have to reap the benefit somewhere along the line, don't I?
I am really going to try and post my food again this week....
