Its really funny because I never used to like left overs.....and didn't like batch cooking and freezing either. I used to like cooking what I wanted fresh.
Now, I LOVE it. I love having instant (homemade) food available and once you have a few bits frozen, you have a choice of what you fancy.
Lol batch cooking and left overs give an instant choice of good food and makes lifw easier for me as when am at work I do long days so have my breakfast dinner and tea there xx
Well it's odd because when I was working shifts and didn't have a lot of time, I always cooked, whatever the time! Now I work from home and have more time.....I like freezing stuff and using left overs!
