I ate far too much yesterday & it looks like in dipped into my AP's too...you've kept a good track of it all and -1pp isn't the worst. Some of my weekend binges probably end on -29!! Good luck tomorrow, whatever the scales say don't beat yourself up, remember you're making a lifestyle change & when you maintain there'll be ups & downs too. The key is to not let it throw you off completely & you've already regained control so you should defo take pride in that :)
 
How were the Doughballs? I love Doughballs but normally the ones dripping in Garlic Butter from Pizza Express! X

I was at a wedding on Saturday and I used every one of my 49 but I might of dipped into my ap aswell im not really sure. Im weighing in tomorrow aswell so I will be thinking of you

Good luck for you tomorrow, wouldn't this weight loss be alot easier if we didn't have social lives! I will have everything crossed for both of us then x

Omg they were amazing, went well with the ravioli, which was surprisingly nice. Will be buying both again :)

Awwww that's good news! I find the WW Stuff to be a bit hit and miss at times! X
 
Just popping on here quickly to say, after all my worrying I managed to lose a pound. I sm more than happy with that. Louise (daughter) also lost a pound. Anyway I am at a friends at the moment so will try and pop back later to do today's food diary :):)

Hi, just a quick note to say that I haven't fallen off the WW wagon, I just haven't had internet at home. Back on today though. I am not going to spend ages putting up the last week's diaries, just let you know that I have had the last of my weeklies last night, and only have to get through today as WI tomorrow night. Am off to Tesco in a min, did click and collect, added WW chocolate spread to my order, hope it is in stock... will let you know later if I get it.

I will catch up with everyone's diaries later when I get back. Have missed the Minimins support this last week!
 
... Oh, also I am really gutted, I have lost my WW pedometer, I have searched the flat everywhere for it, I can only think that it has fallen off while I was wearing it outside. I am so angry because they cost a lot of money. grrrrr. That is all. x

Well I tried the WW choc spread, I stirred the 15g into a WW rice pudding pot and it was very nice. Haven't tried it on toast yet, but might have a crumpet with choc spread and banana for breakfast tomorrow :) x
 
I really have been rubbish at posting my food diary, and need to get back in the habit of doing it, being as this is in the food diary section of Minimins!

Had WI last night, I lost a pound and Lou (daughter) lost half. It's going a bit slow, but I know I shouldn't moan. 9lbs off so far, just got to keep focused on the goal!

Think I might just do Leslie 1 mile today, going to try and be a bit more active, I see lots of people getting lots of APs, I think the most I get to is about 4 lol.
