Lunch: homemade vegetable soup, cheese & ham sarnie
2x400g nimble (HEB1),3x dairylea light (part HEA1), ham, lettuce, tomato, s/free soup (carrot, onion, swede, turnip, celery, cauli, broccoli, oxo)

Dinner: liver & bacon with veg, fruit
lambs liver, bacon, onions, mushrooms, oxo, 195g new potatoes (HEB2), swede, curly kale, runner beans, cauliflower, pineapple, grapes, strawberries

Supper: hot chocolate & choccies
250ml semi-skim milk (HEA1), highlights (2), funsize maltesers (5)

speed : lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion, swede, turnip, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, curly kale, runner beans, pineapple

ham, hardboiled egg, 2x dairylea light (part HEA1),3 SW quiche (onion, cottage cheese, egg, lowlow spread - part HEA1)

Dinner: chicken casserole & veg
chicken, oxo, onion, carrots, swede, turnip, celery, mushrooms, 193g new potatoes (HEB2)curly kale, runner beans, shape delight strawberry

Supper: hot chocolate & choccies

Well done on the planning chick!

I always maintain the old adage, FAIL TO PREPARE, PREPARE TO FAIL. Writing it all down focusses the mind and takes away a lot of the "pifalls" sponataneous can bring.

When I was losing (as opposed to maintaining) I shopped, menu'd (is that a word) and planned 7 days in advance - almost like military operation lol.

I think you are living proof that sea food, fish and red days are great:D

Planning is normally a little more difficult, as I get fed at work..... I can always make a good choice, cold cuts, cold fish and always jacket potatoes - some days beans are available too, and of course there's always salad, although I have to be careful, some of it is covered in junk!!!
I can't really plan for a red day if the only acceptable choice is a jacket.. so can be awkward, I'm not at work at the moment, so have managed this week

Think I'll have to have a plan of meals that I can interchange, and cook straight from the freezer... I have a chicken casserole and a liver & bacon stashed already ;)

Had a 14 hour sleep last night, and still awoke tired, and with a headache :sigh:

Lunch: Cheese, ham & pickle sarnie, homemade superfree soup
2x400g warburton (HEB1), ham, 2x dairylea light (part HEA1),3 SW quiche (onion, cottage cheese, egg, lowlow spread - part HEA1). 1/2 tbs branston (0.5), s/free soup (carrot, onion, swede, turnip, celery,oxo), pear, 2x plum

Dinner: BBQ pork with roasted mixed veg & fruit salad
pork chop, BNS, onion, carrot, mushroom & cherry tomatoes , Pineapple, fig, kiwi berries, blueberries, grapes, strawberries & raspberries

Snack: chewy bar & yoghurt
hi-fi (HEB2), shape delight crumble (0.5)

Supper: hot chocolate & buttons
250ml semi-skim milk (HEA1), highlights (2), funsize buttons (4)

Didn't eat much during the day, not really up for it, MRI was tiring

WI ...... can't believe, a STS..... after really sticking to the 777 challenge too.... ah well, next week eh? being female can really be a pain

didn't do much, took his dogs out for a run (well, they ran, not me!)
popped and saw his youngest daughter for a chat & a cuppa
didn't eat much, went to the club for a change... of course I stuck to diet coke, we sat in the lounge as the band was a bit loud, funny, haven't been up there on a Saturday night before, saw a few people we know, as well as the band that were playing are all old friends too

Supper: bacon sarnie & christmas pudding
