It makes original my favourite day. SW beats WW this way as my aunt (who does WW) states each crabstick is 1pt etc. she is greener than a green thing on green day when I tell her they are unlimited on red or e/easy days:cool:

Then why, O why, seeing how much you have achieved, knowing it works, and seeing what you can eat does she continue with WW ???
Ah well, as they say, ain't nowt as strange as folk.

The red day and adding extra ss didn't make a huge amount of difference this week - 1/2 off... but at least it's off I guess... onwards & downwards

I know you're frustrated at the mo Deb but that's an average of just under 1lb a week over the past month which is spot on for it to stay off!

What are you planning on doing this week? Another week of red??

Haha, That's not me being frustrated, I was replying to Steve regarding his Aunt on WW.

Nah, I'm OK... yeah, you're right, I'd like to see it go a bit quicker, and it's more frustrating when people in class go "Oh, I lost a pound that's good, I've been really bad this week"

I wish it was as much as a pound a week, it's been a 2.5 pound over the month - not huge, but we'll just carry on.

Still thinking my action plan for next week.....
