No beer - due to headache recovery mission ( makes it easier syn wise too !)
Pub night, I drove home, and we dropped a mate off too, there was no way he should have driven... my good deed done

took his mutts out for a walk, came back totally shattered and slept for 2 hours - but NO HEADACHE
brunch: SW fry-up
2 smoked bacon, 2x poachced egg, meatfree sausage (1.5), mushrooms, tomatoes, 2x 400g nimble white (HEB), 2 tsp ICBINB (2)
Snack: fruit & 1 slice of ham (feeling fanciful)

Dinner: roast - 2nd this year LOL
roast chicken, (SW roasties), carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, swede,brussels, marrowfat processed peas, 2x yorkshire puddings (2e =4)
Supper: hot chocolate
