Decided on a green day - really fancied mushy pea curry!!!

Another one of those running around days - 2 appointments and trying to do my full time hours - Still working from home this week, as I needed a full week before attempting the 640 am train, and getting home at 5pm.... I've been doing a few hours here & there with a couple of hours break, so just need to break myself in a bit..... If I cope with this week, I'm going in next Monday

So, not a lot of food, well, nothing in the day - must try harder (will have leftover curry Tuesday)
nothing all day, early dinner - 530pm, then a visit to friends, we picked them up last Sunday from the airport after a 2month trip, so time for a catch-up, I normally go round on a Thursday, after WI, and top up my beer syns.... I went last nioght with a litre bottle of diet cranberry blue charge (Asda red bull thingy) - synfree - no beer, go me :banana dancer:back home for an evening of suppers, but I've found that if I eat early, I'm hungry later whether I eat a uge amount or not, so am trying to cut back portion size if I eat early as I know I'll eat again

Dinner: mushy pea curry and cumin rice, mint & cucumber raita, cereal bar

odd eh?.... might have something to do with being ill??? Still, I'm eating the right stuff, just maybe not as frequently as I should.
Anyway - gonna try harder, will make some lunch in a mo
should be easier next week... back to free lunches ;)

On the up side though... I updated my spreadsheet so far a loss of 37lb My BMI as moved from Class II Obese down through class I and now I'm only overweight :) - my target is another 19 lbs (4st total), thankfully that was a moveable target, 'cos, I've just played with some figures - and I really need to set my target 7lb lower than that so that I'm 'normal' - but we'll see, it's how I feel that's important and things are moving the right way

Oh this target mallarky is the bain of my life at the mo! It's not fair being so short is it? According to the health recommendations I should try to get down to 10st 1lb ... but I can't ever see that happening.

I've also measured according to the waist/hip ratio recommendations and I come out spot on in the middle of the "Good" range on that one ... so at least that's something! :)

Don't beat yourself up about it - depends what "fits" and how you feel in yourself.

I'm "normal" for the first time in my adult life (probably since I was 10!) but now I want to be "super-normal" or "mega-normal"

I kind of like BMI figures as a guide. After that targets include clothes fitting and wibbly-wobbly bits and how they annoy you!

WK48 D6, (Weds 7th Dec) - EE

Well, as reported, TNT man arrived around 14:00 - didn't go out anyway - well, not until 8ish when we went to the pub... I had my standard diet pepsi....

I like to make a superfree soup for EE days when I can, so raided the freezer, I make the easiest, no hassle soups -

todays was broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, brussels sprouts and onions cooked in syn free stock!! Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

Whilst cooking dinner, I remembered that I had a brace of pheasant that needed butchering, so did that - now have 2 plucked & portioned pheasnt in the freezer for another day.

Lunch: superfree soup & brown rice salad
S/free soup as above, brown rice, tuna, tomato, 3xtbs ELF mayo (1.5), mixed leaves

Dinner: superfree soup & sausage casserole, mash & veg
S/free soup as above, 4xeatsmart sausages (2), tomatoes, onions, oxo, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, brussels sprouts, carrots

Had the sausages that needed using, and I didn't want sausage & chips or beans, so decided to try browning the sausages & onions, chucked in 1.5 tins tomatoes and some oxo stock, bubbled away for about 45mins let the sauce reduce - really yummy.
Have some of the sauce left, so will use it as a soup base.

Super: Hot Chocolate, chewy bar & chocolate
hi-fi (HEB),250ml semi-skim milk (HEA),highlights(2), treatsize buttons (4)

Daily Syns (incl above)
3 tbs ELF mayo - 1.5
4x eatsmart sausages - 2

Dinner: chilli jacket potato with cheese & salad
tomatoes, onions, oxo, kidney beans, meatfree mince, jacket potato, 42g cathederal city light (HEA1), mixed leaves, beetroot, cucumber,
tomato, pepper

I left the beans whole in the soup for lunch, and used the rest of it to make a chilli by adding asda quorn

Supper: chewy bar & hot chocolate
fibreplus (HEB1),250ml semi-skim milk (HEA2),highlights(2)

Ah well, a 1/2lb gain..... again not deserved, but this week I've not gone loopy about it, I've checked back on my record, I have a good loss, a bit of STS or small gain for a vouple of weeks, then another reasonable or good loss - so this month, I'll just carry on regardless
without going too mad - noticed that I've not eaten too many syns again, so will try and have a few more
