went to the pub for a band, I drove (again) diet coke night (again)

WK04 D2 Saturday 01Sep - Red

Bunch: Smoked salmon & scambled egg
eggs, smoked salmon, little milk (HEA1), 2x 400g Nimble malted danish (HEB1), tsp clover light(3)

Dinner: SW Moules Mariniere
mussels, onion, stock cube

Supper: Cheese sarnie & crisps
2x 400g Nimble malted danish (HEB2), 4x laughing cow (HEA2),lettuce, 1/2 tsp picalilli (0.5), quavers (4.5)

In bed supper: hot Milk & chewy bar
remaining milk (part HEA1), hi-fi light (3)

Bit of a quiet day, buggered about with some kitchen taps, and started having a bit of a chuck-out (thanks to Chelle!)

spent most of the evening on the phone catching-up with my Mums husband, and my Auntie

Brunch: mushroom omelette & tomatoes // fruit & yogurt
eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes,2x 400g Nimble malted danish (HEB1), 1 tbs clover light (3.5) // plums, grapes, ff fromage frais

Dinner: Salmon & prawn pasta salad
king prawns, smoked salmon, onion, 35g wholmeal pasta(HEB2), lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mixed peppers, celery

YAWN = Monday again, back to work, although, not for much longer now

Breakfast: banana

Lunch: Rollmop salad // melon medley
rollmops, hardboiled egg, 2x laughing cow (part HEA1), mixed leaves, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot // mixed melon

Not really hungry, and a bit of CBA if I'm honest


Dinner: Tuna sandwich & crisps
2x 400g Nimble malted danish (HEB1), tuna, cucumber, ff fromage frais, quavers (4.5)

Snack: hi-fi light (3)

Supper hot chocolate & cereal bar
250ml semi skimmed milk(HEA2), options (3),hi-fi (HEB2)

twas a yummy options, one of the indulgance ones, winter spice I think it was called, had it a while

bit naughty today, had breakfast & lunch, and loads of cider!!!! no dinner as I was out, fella in the pub kept getting me a pint in every time I went to the loo.... was lovely, but naughty!!

Breakfast:

we didn't end up going out for a change, both so tired, and Kens daughters took him out lunchtime and had a few pints, and didn't want anymore, he would have gone out if I really wanted to, but would have had coke, I would've had diet coke too, so we didn't bother

Lunch: mackerel salad // fruit
tinned mackerel, 3x laughing cow (part HEA), lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, white cabbage // banana

Dinner: samon sandwich and salady bits
2x 400g Nimble malted danish (HEB1),tinned salnmon, ff cottage cheese, cucumber, tomato

Dinner: plaice & veg
plaice, 190g new potatoes(HEB2), broccoli, cauliflower, mangetout, baby sweetcorn

Supper: hot milk
250ml semi skim milk (HEA1)

Certainly enjoyed my fishy red week, think that may have helped with my 2lb this week (especially after the cider night!!)
 
Been a bit naughty ( not logging on here)
foodwise been OKish

Can't say I've stuck to plan, as I've not been eating enough, and not eating all my healthy extras, but I have been eating the right food.... guess thats better than eating too much of the wrong stuff....so not a disaster

Still kept a diary too, will do a shorthand version, then you'll see what I mean about not eating properly

WK05 7th-13th Sept.

Fri Green: (HEAx1 & HEBx1)
4 pints cider
Supper: poached egg and beans on toast with grated cheese

Sat - OFF PLAN - Kens Birthday & Essex county show, took my step father and Ken - so had little nibbles / taster samples (cheeses, hams, sasuages, olives - etc_ in the food tents.
Lunch: Hot pork & stuffing bap and a few chips, pint of cider
Dinner: Chinese takeaway, a few more drinks

Sun: Green(HEBx1)
Breakfast: quorn sausage and mustard sandwich

Mon: Green (HEA x0.5)
Lunch: Jacket potato, baked beans and laughing cow cheese with salad // mixed melon

Tues: Green (HEAx0.5)
Lunch: Jacket potato with laughing cow cheese with salad // fruit salad
Dinner: lf supernoodles

Weds: Green (HEAx0.5)
Lunch: Jacket potato, baked beans and laughing cow cheese with salad // fruit salad
Dinner: lf supernoodles

Thurs: Errrmmmm started fine, then went a bit downhill after WI that night (had an old friend over for the day)
Lunch: hm vegetable soup, cheese, onion chutney salad sandwich
WI
Dinner: small donner kebab, 4 ciders & 2 or 3 whiskies

WI result: 0.5lb loss
