Having a night out tonight, so will be having an EE day, looking forward to catching up with my old buddy, haven't seen her in years
planning on steak, jacket & salad at Harvester....and diet coke all the way as I've offered to drive..... I know I'm a bit lacking on syns, but trying to make up for Thusday evening, I really want to lose again this week.... I know, I know, if I'd just been sensible, I wouldn't be doing this so strictly, not going to exceed 70 syns this week !!

WK08 D5 Tue 02 Oct - EE

B: banana, pear

L: turkey & cheese salad // melon medley
Turkey, 2x laughing cow cheese (part HEA), boiled potatoes, mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn, mixed pepper // mixed melon

D: spring green soup // chicken mix, jacket & stir-fry peppers
oxo, spring greens, onion // jacket potato, 2x laughing cow cheese (part HEA), chicken, spring onion, cucumber, tomato, ff fromage frais, red peppers, onion,

I had my soup about an hour or so before dinner - easy way of getting in a bit of superfree, and it fills me a bit too, therefore, not eating as much!!

Dinner was a bit of a lash-up...due to it being unplanned, as I was going out!!!
Anyway, it tasted OK - left over chicken mixed with salady bits in fromage frais, cheesy jacket and a 2 pepper & onion stir-fry
