Well, what a busy few days, lot's of food, fun, beer and laughs
wonderful weather, and generally a great long weekend.

bit of a funny day, don't know where it went, oh well nevermind

Lunch: Leftover soup
Soup made of bibs and bobs that needed using : mushy peas, baked beans, tomatoes, carrots, spring greens and onions, oxo
Dinner: Cheesy Egg & Beans
poached egg, baked beans, 2x400g WW bread (HEB), 42g lf cheese (HEA)

Happy St.Georges Day !!!
Wow - what a day!!
Went to my local pub at lunchtime for a few beers, sit in the sun, have a few more beers, watch the Morris Men, I even had a little dance !!
I made sure that I had a good, hearty breakfast as I knew that there would be a BBQ at the pub, but only sausages & burgers in rolls, and chips... so I avoided
After a very long and boozy liquid lunch, the OH and I a few more drinks in the garden...... totally boozed out
Cooked dinner, served up, and the plate slipped off of the tray - Ooops, so I had about 4 or 5 mouthfuls - and that was it!!!! Oh well, nevermind
Breakfast : 'Fry up'
quorn sausages, poached eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes,baked beans, 2x400g WW bread(HEB) & ICBINB light (2)
Lunch : Liquid
Beer, Beer, Beer
Dinner: Shepherds Pie
EL beef mince, onion, mushrooms, oxo, potatoes and mushy peas

Dinner: SW Indian
quorn, mushy peas, baked beans, onions, tomatoes, oxo, lentils, rice, yoghurt, quark, cucumber, spices

WK16 D4 (Monday 25th April) - EE
Breakfast: 'Fry up'
quorn sausages, 2 egg omlette , mushrooms, tomatoes, 2x400g WW bread (HEB) & ICBINB light (2)
Lunch : None - was out motorcycling most of the day
Dinner: Seafood Paella (in anticipation of my holiday) and fruit & yoghurt
rice, stock cube, onion, mange tout, yellow pepper, cod, mussels, prawns, squid, sardines.
plum, apple, kiwi, grape, blueberries, vanilla mullerlight
Supper: Hot 250ml semi-skim milk (HEA)
