Out for c25k run again this morning supposed to do 20 mins but really couldnt make it managed 12 mins 20 before I stopped to walk for a bit plan to try get over 15 mins on my next run and then the 20 mins on the one after that. Still pleased with 12 mins before I started this training I struggled with 1 minute!

with tinned mixed veg OMG disgusting the peas were so hard they bounced! so just ate the noodles with a small amount of the carrot and swede
