Ever get the feeling you are eating far too much despite sticking to plan having one of those weeks this week its star week this week and I just dont seem to be able to satisfy my hunger not had anything naughty tho I am hoping to STS although atm I feel so bloated it feels like I have gained
Monday 31 may Red

c25k training (another 4k in the bag )

2 asda low fat sausage 2 syns
tinned tomatoes
2 poached eggs
2 bacon all fat removed
mushrooms
Lunch
1/4 sw quiche with HeA of cheese on top used 84g on the whole quiche so half of it today the other half tomorrow
Salad with ex light mayo 1syn

Dinner
