Well yesterday I had my 1st weighting, and I lost 7lbs! I am soooo happy with that. In the past with WW I have only ever lost 0.5lb at a time!
I am even more keen to keep sticking with this plan, I try and look at it a week at a time so it's not so daunting.
It's been so good to have support from my H2B and work colleges, they say I am inspiring them! Which is funny as I'm the biggest one in the firm!!
Tonigth should be interesting as I'm going out with friends (I'm also bridesmaid to my best mate who is getting married in may) and we are meeting to look at the dress she has picked for us. As I'm on the ss+ my con said its fine to have 1/4 chicken and salad at nandos.
I feel abit weird about eating food as I have not been having my 200csl meal as I want to prove my over eating is all in my head and I don't "need" to eat to be happy and full.
Well ill let u know how I get on and if I cave in and beat someone up for a whole chicken!
