Hi cud I join this thread 2 pls? I don't ave a particular time target but I'v fallin out of the exercise habit recently and wud love 2 tone up again in time 4 xmas (I kno it's prob a bit late! lol!). I also hope gettin back in2 exercise will help off-set the usual xmas excesses and that the habit will stick again! I used to run quite a bit and intend 2 start that again in the new year so until then it's just my pilates dvd and fat-blast dvd along with weekly horse-riding...
...so far this week I'v only managed 40mins of dvd and 30mins of power walking durin work lunch time....fingers x'd 4 sum improvement - hopefully bein accountable 2 the thread will help!!!
