30 standing push ups off the work surface of the kitchen whilst waiting for breakfast and 30 mins on treadmill, haha. That's the longest I've done so far and I probably could have done long but I don't want to push myself too hard.
Feeling super good. I've heard terrible things about The Biggest Loser and I don't agree with it but I like to put those shows on in front of my treadmill to give me some inspiration.

I have 3 more days until I need to fit into my size 18 dress for the SW xmas do - a chinese buffet!

Slow and steady is the way to go, I think 30 mins on the treadmill is fab!!

Can I join? Started SW 2 weeks ago and lost 8.5lbs in my first weigh in. Well chuffed. I have a gym membership but haven't been for the past 3 months :O I know its really bad as I'm paying £30 a month. I keep telling myself I'll go but something always comes up or i just cant be bothered. Need some serious motivation

Hi Rhirhi93, congratulations on your weight loss. 8.5lbs in your first weigh in is very impressive. There are several people on SW in this thread, others doing different diets and some just maintaining.

Of course you can join. Add your name to the list. Each time you do exercise, copy the most the recent list of names and copy into your post, editing your activity hours. Exercise not only helps with the weight loss and toning, but also is a mood enhancer, something we really seem to need this time of year.

30mins of slim & sculpt pilates after work this evenin, I was out walkin at lunch time but I won't count that as my work mate kept stoppin 2 gossip! lol!

Walk to the Beat and hula hoop on wii. Frustratingly I am half a pound over my target weight for this month, but I did muck up a couple of my JUDDD down days in the past week. Sticking very strictly to it today so fingers crossed I will be finally under 12st 7lb tomorrow.

Everyone is doing so well. I am not sure I would be doing this much exercise if I didn't have minimins to record it.
