I don't think it's syn free. I drink the sparkling sugar free ones. Is there a still sugar free version?

It says on the bottle - "Still lemon and lime flavoured spring water with sweeteners". I'll sound pretty dopey now, but is that classed as sugar free?

Per 330ml of the ones that he got me is 4 calories, so not even quarter of a syn.

Oh then it should be syn free. I didn't read the quantity.

Yeah I'd say it was syn free :)

Thanks hun :)

Chris is in a sulk with me. Morrisons have large easter eggs on offer at the moment and he came through asking if I wanted one and when I said no he got funny with me. So I lost my temper and pointed out that I was trying to get back on plan, so what sort of idiot offers to go out and buy me chocolate??? He's gone off in a right strop now :(

Oh no, that's not what you need. Well done for saying no though. It's weird how people, often closest to us, don't always understand how even a little chocolate can damper our chances of losing weight. My bf would say well have a little of the Easter egg every day but I wouldn't be able to, I'd eat it all in once. Hope he comes round and apologises.

I don't think he gets how difficult it is getting back on plan after being off it for pretty much a whole fortnight :sigh:

I can't be doing with being around him when he's like this so I'm going to get him to take me home tonight before he's on night duty tonight and tomorrow night. At least at home I know what I have in the house and can plan my meals that way.

Believe me I've tried. I just don't think it even crosses his mind. He still comes to bed at night with crisp sandwiches etc and then when I go for a yoghurt because I get hungry I'm apparently being greedy :(

Hey hun, have you sat him down and told him how much losing weight means to you? Maybe if he hears just how happy it's going to make you he'll see it differently. If it's any consolation my boyfriend is the same, he buys me chocolate as a 'treat' for my weekly loss  I appreciate it, I really do but he just doesn't understand the word 'no'. He sat in KFC last week and ate it right in front of me whilst I had a pasta pot
Men are weird and don't like to listen to anything we say, goes through one ear and goes right out the other.... maybe ask him how he'd feel if the roles were reversed and he was the one who was trying to make a lifestyle change and you weren't being supportive? I hope everything gets better and he apologizes... without chocolate! ;) xxxx

There a totally different species , my fiancé can say some totally stupid things sometimes, he supports my weight loss 100% he never put pressure on me to lose weight, But if I fancy something to eat as a snack even sw friendly he can chip in wiv ur not meant to have that or that's no good for your diet, which drives me up the wall and if it's totm well god help him lol

Omg Chris is exactly the same. Espescially at night  He'll come to bed with all these goodies and I don't know if it's boredom or something else, but I get quite peckish, so I try and make decent choices from there. I mean, it's not as though 1 muller light will make me put on 5lbs :8855:

He's coming round now and his mood is slowly improving, so I might stick it out at mum's and have a chat with him later.

Just put the quiche in the oven, I think when I make quiche I might stick to the veggie version so that I can put the extra cheese in and stay within syns (on a green day) :D

I'm going to do another green day today :D

Brekkie - Banana on toast (hexb and 3 syns for spread), muller light
Snack - apple
Lunch - quiche (2 x hexa)
Dinner - pasta with cheese (hexb)
Snack - fibre plus bar (5.5 syns) and quavers (4.5 syns)
Total syns - 13

I love the fact that I can have cheese as a hexb on them :woohoo:

I might start mixing it up a bit more (maybe doing one day ee then one day green) and see how that goes, it shouldn't have a negative effect on weigh in should it?

Go for it xxx

Thanks hun :D

I'm going home tonight for a night in my own bed and a soak in the bath :woohoo: There's loads of bits that I want to get done around the house too so I'm going to take full advantage of having the peace and quiet to get it done :giggle:

I've treated myself to a couple of bits from yours clothing this morning

This t shirt :D

And these shorts :D

And I also got a few bits from Superdrug too. A new deodorant, travel shower gel, bubble bath, hair straightening stuff (for when I have my hair cut on tuesday), face masks and a few other bits. It really helped to combat the boredom earlier when I would have probably gone and got crisps etc :8855:
