awww it's ok hun, no rush :)

the quiche I made last night was adapted from the cheesey tuna one in the recipes you gave me :D it was super yummy, I can see me making it more often as it's a perfect thing to snack on during the day

Good morning em, have a fabulous Monday, hope the scales are kind to you today :) xx

thanks hun, I think I'm 2lbs up at least, but with my food plan for this week, I can't see it being there long ;)

I am absolutely shattered :sigh:

It was the last night at mum's last night as my brother's gf is back today, and of course the cats decided to play up.

I honestly think I was awake every hour at least if not more. And decided to call it a day about half an hour ago when one of the cats had brought a magpie in!!! She's only a little thing so it was quite funny to see her wrestling with it :giggle:

I did rescue it though and it flew off across the road and perched in one of the trees opposite the house, so it seems ok :p

Going to let myself wake up a bit more and then go and weigh in

I was right, 2lbs on this morning.

Am back on it this morning though. Brekkie has changed because there's no fruit in other than grapes and I'm starving. I'm having 2 mullerlights and a big bunch of grapes and that should keep me going until lunch time :)

That'll be gone very soon x

That's what I'm telling myself too so I don't feel too bad about it, and I'm still over a stone lighter than I was at the beginning of the year :D

:wavey: afternoon everyone

I'm spending the afternoon cooking now that I'm at home. Got a bolognese sauce on at the moment and then going to attempt mushroom soup later :D If I don't do the soup I'll have tuna salad as I didn't have any tuna at lunch time so I'll still be within my syns

Once this is done I'm going to go and have a nice long soak in the bath as I've been dying for a bath for the past fortnight but been having to stick to showers :)

Loving positive Emm being back. The quiche is one of those things thats trial and error sweetie. Yours looks lush. I use a normal tub tesco value cottage cheese (0 syns) 3 or 4 eggs depending on size of dish, I always put bacon, onion in mine and then once i've put the mix in the dish I slice a tomatoe over the top and then grate some strong cheese. Its probably 6 syns of cheese in whole quiche. I find by putting it on the top you get the cheesy taste as you bite into it ;) I still make this as all mine eat it :)

Thanks hun, I have to say I was really impressed with how it turned out as I was expecting it to be a bit yuck or sink :8855:

Mushroom soup is simmering away at the moment, another 10 minutes and I need to liquidize it, then I think I might make another quiche tonight for lunch tomorrow :D Quiche is going to be a staple in my food plans now, just think I might experiment with different fillings and flavours :woohoo:

This is my mushroom soup :D

There isn't much in the bowl as I wanted to freeze 2 portions of it and managed to knock one of the freezer bags over :8855:

I think I'm going to have a banana, peach and some cherries later one as I'll probably get hungry

But, I do have to say ... it was soooooooo good

How did you make it em? Ive been looking Everywhere for a decent mushroom soup recipe!

Too bad about the gain, but at least there's a reason for it an you're now in the right place to move on from it and get it off! :)

Omg, I can't believe how good it felt to get a night sleep in my own bed last night :D Back at mum's tonight while Chris is on night duty, but I'm coming home tomorrow night on my own as I want to do some housework on thursday.

I'm going to have a green day today as I want to make another veggie quiche tonight and have it with some chips and want it as cheesy as possible. So far food plan is looking like this

Brekkie - banana and muller light
Snack - apple
Lunch - Ham and tomato sandwich (1 hexb and 5 syns for flora spread and ham)
Dinner - veggie quiche (2 x hexa) and chips
Snack - Fibre plus bar (hexb) and quavers (4.5 syns)
Total syns planned - 9.5

I was going to ask Chris to get me some flavoured water from Morrisons, this is one of the flavours that I used to drink. Does anyone know if it would be syn free?
