359 this morning so 2.5 back on, which is less than I was expecting, so I can take that.
I'm going to try and be as on plan as I can possibly be over the weekend and plan on having a 100% week so that come next friday I can go back down to the 356s or even less
I've got a super busy day planned, got to get things ready for tonight so we can get out of the house as soon as Chris gets back from work so he can mostly drive in the light. So I need to pack clothes for the weekend, toiletries, make up, stuff for Chris, make sure both laptops, chargers etc are packed, phone chargers. I dread to think what it'll be like when we have kids :giggle:
I also plan on dying my hair today. I put what was meant to be a light brown on it earlier this week and it almost went black. So I've stripped the colour and am now at a lightish ginger colour. So I'm putting a semi permanent ash blonde on it for the next few weeks. Then I'll put a permanent dark blonde on it and get my cousin to highlight it towards the middle of may and it'll be all nice and settled in for when we go to turkey
Ok enough rambling as I've got way too much to do (I'll try and pop on and catch up with everyone in between jobs, so it might take me a while)
Food plan for today
Breakfast - peach, banana, muller light
Snack - 2 x alpen light bars (hexb)
Lunch - large fruit salad
Dinner - I have no idea, I'll try and grab a salad or something as low syn as possible on the road
Snack - again, not sure as I'll try and grab something on the road
Syns - will try and keep as low as possible, am aiming for 14 or less
