*deep breath* my journey to a thinner / healthier me

I hate sort outs :giggle: I got loads done yesterday, tidied our bedroom and moved it around, tidied the spare bedroom, washing and drying, hoovered the stairs, landing and bedrooms and then spent lots of money on ebay on wedding bits and pieces (well not a lot of money, but I managed to tick a few things off my shopping list).

I'm feeling quite pleased with myself as I got pretty upset yesterday and didn't binge like I would have done in the past. My family lives in Stoke on Trent and they come across during the school holidays. One of my cousins has asked if she can come over with her kids, boyfriend and his girl (that's 5 of them). I said it was fine, but it would probably be best to wait until the end of the summer holidays because then they could come over on the train because I was going to be buying her a rail discount card to share with my other cousin for the wedding next year, as paying for 2 cars to go there and back twice would be about £160. I didn't word it horrible, I just said I didn't want her to have to pay that much out espescially if she was still planning on coming to London with us in december. But she's just ignored me even though she has definitely been on fb :(

Plan for today is to carry on catching up with the washing, cook a chilli con carne and carry on with the wedding plans. I've found a new dress shop that is about 10 minutes away from Chris' parent's house, so am hoping that I can find something there to save me having to travel to yorkshire several times this year :8855:

Food plan for today

Breakfast - orange and banana
Snack - weetabix (hexb) and milk (hexa)
Lunch - apple and grapes
Dinner - chilli con carne
Snack - crisps (8 syns) and cinnamon biscuits (6 syns)
Total syns - 14

Lunch - sweet and sour sauce with rice
Dinner - grilled cheese sandwich (hexb and hexa) with mushrooms
Snack - crisps (8 syns), muller light
Planned syns - 8
 
356.4 this morning - 3.1lbs (have called it -3lbs on my tickers) :eek:

I've been wanting to get down into the 356s for ages and I've finally done it :woohoo:

Food plan for today -
Breakfast - rice crispies - 5 syns + (hexa)
Snack - banana and orange
Lunch - pasta and cheese (hexa)
Snack - grapes, crisps (8 syns)
Dinner - paella (hexb for the chicken)
Snack - 2 slices of toast (hexb and 2 syns for the spread), muller light
Planned syns - 15

I feel so much better, I did have to get on and off the scales a couple of times just to double check that it was right :giggle:

We've been looking into honeymoon locations and a firm favourite seems to be Las Vegas. So we're thinking of asking for travel vouchers and using them for a once in a lifetime honeymoon (we don't need anything for the house) :D

We're going holiday clothes shopping on the 11th of may, so 7 weeks to go, which is plenty of time to lose some more weight and hopefully be able to find some nice clothes to buy :p
