Being tired and hungry does not help me to make good food choices. So I've come back home tonight instead of staying at mum's so I can get myself fully back on track. I'm not even going to write what I've ate, but I've come home and was very tempted to break out the crisps, logged on here, saw your wonderful messages and have gone and defrosted myself a portion of homemade veggie rice instead, so that's got to be a good start
So I have the bed all to myself tonight and I intend to make full use of it and take my food to bed and have an early night followed by a nice lie in before tidying up ready for our visitors on thursday (my cousin, her 2 girls and my aunty).
I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning instead of friday because I don't want to be getting the scales out while we have guests, I think I'll be on a sts. But I've got a good plan in place for tomorrow. I've made my first 1.5 litre of drink up and I'm going to have food from the freezer to keep me full. At the moment it's looking like this.
Breakfast - banana, apple, muller light
Snack - fibre plus bar (hexb)
Lunch - tomato pasta with 4 grated babybels on top (2 X hexa)
Snack - crisps (3.5 syns)
Dinner - veggie rice
Snack - fibre plus bar (hexb), frozen yoghurt with blueberry sauce (discovered it in morrisons today) (7 syns)
Total syns - 10.5
Going to have a quick catch up with everyone while I wait for this food to defrost ready to cook xxxx
