I've been really picky tonight because I only had a mugshot for lunch as I've been rushing round all day doing wedding related stuff. Lesson learnt, I need to have these 3 meals a day to stop me from getting hungry and making bad and lazy decisions, line drawn -------------------------------- on to a new day tomorrow

I've literally been glued to the laptop all day, searching for bracelets, headbands, bows, personalised bags (which I've found at the disney store), make up for me and yellow tutus for my flower girls, and have finally settled on these, they took me hours to find :giggle:

I know it probably doesn't sound like much, but it's literally had me glued to the laptop since we got to mum's just before 12.00.

Anyway, better plan in place for tomorrow ...

Brekkie - banana, grapes, mullerlight
Snack - toasted wm pita bread (hexb) with 2 babybel (hexa)
Lunch - mugshot with teaspoon of philadelphia (say 2 syns just to be on the safe side), banana, grapes
Snack - tomato, cucumber and cottage cheese
Dinner - tuna (hexb), sweetcorn, pasta, mayo (3 syns) and cheese (hexa) - sounds disgusting I know but it tastes soooooo good :D
Snack - ice lolly (3 syns), muller light, cheese cake (5 syns)
Syns - 13

Just woke up and went straight for breakfast :D Have had a small glass filled with grapes, then have got a banana and yoghurt with me too and probably between 11 and 12 I'll have my planned snack.

I drunk loads yesterday so I'll be on that again :)

Food shop tomorrow :woohoo:

Hoping to go to the next town along and go do a shop in tesco. So the plan is to have a look for some new recipes today and get the ingredients in for them. I really want to get some quorn in but because we're so far away (45 minutes from the nearest tesco) I'm worried that it'll defrost by the time we get home

Can you take a freezer bag with some ice packs in? Have shopping list ready so you can zoom round, pick up your frozen bits last and pay then straight home. I reckon you would be ok.

Have you tried the comfort pie recipe it is lush and total comfort food. I often add extra veggies and chicken stock it is worth trying x
 
I haven't tried that yet, will have to look it up :D

Tesco have got quorn on offer 3 for £5.50 from selected stock so the plan is to get a bag of mince, a bag of chicken pieces and some chicken burgers and see how I get on with them. Going to make some vegetarian chillies up because I love them and I get so much veg in them - mushrooms, carrot, onion, garlic, baked beans, kidney beans, tomato and peppers :drool:

Am thinking of making some more diet coke chicken tonight and having about half of it, which will be about 1.5 syns as it's 3 syns for the whole bag of chicken style pieces. I didn't really want pasta twice in one day so thought it would be a good idea, plus I know how much I like it so that's always a good thing :D
 
You can definitely eat well on sw! A.other recipe I like is baked bean bake. I put 2 tins.of baked beans in a dish, fry some onions, mushrooms, peppers and anything else you fancy in fry light and then mix into the beans. Make some mash either real or instant and then put that on top-I find using the fry light butter spray in the mash is as good as using butter it tastes great! Put it on top of the beans and top with hea of grated cheese. So free in green. You could put in quorn or low fat sausages too if you want. Yummy! Think I will do that one this week with low fat bangers on an ee day Mmmmm
 
Think i'm going to steal that baked bean recipe from Jayde, sounds gorgeous! Take good advantage of the Quorn offer Emily, I find it's really expensive at times but I guess it's worth it :) Hope you're having a good day and the weather is much better where you are! x
 
I've found quorn doesn't agree with my tummy, but I used to get iron Iceland a lot cheaper than elsewhere. Not sure if that is still the case x
 
Food plan for tomorrow as I'm between wedding stuff :giggle:

Brekkie - banana, muller light
Snack - orange, apple
Lunch - cheesy (2 x hexa) pasta with tuna (hexb), mayo (3 syns) and sweetcorn
Snack - mango, pineapple
Dinner - chicken burger in wm roll (hexb and 2.5 syns) with tomato and cucumber
Snack - light choc mousse (3 syns), muller light, fanta zero ice lolly
Syns - 8.5
