I was thinking it sounded a bit weird then :giggle: I've been the same ever since I took a mouthful of sour milk, and the smell of milk too I can't stand it :8855:

Going to get food going in a bit, burgers and salad - should keep me full for a while :D

I feel absolutely brilliant today, I don't know why, but I hope it carries on :giggle:

Food for today

Brekkie - banana, strawberries, grapes and blueberries covered with muller light
Snack - blueberries and grapes
Lunch - tomato and cucumber rolls (hexb x 2 and 2 syns for dribble of salad cream)
Snack - pineapple
Dinner - mushroom omlette (hexa x 2) and 2 potato waffles (7 syns)
Snack - melon and mango, choc mousse (4 syns)
Syns - 13
 
Great food plans well done :)
 
Food looks good :) Sun is shining here too, finally! I picked up some of those choc mousses yesterday but haven't tried them yet, I'm scared they'll be too nice and I won't be able to stop lol :giggle:

I can't bear the taste of UHT :eek: skimmed kinda okay, I have semi skimmed, know what you mean about gone off milk etc as Gary's Mum keeps hers on the worktop and her tea is gross :giggle: and you can see the cream sit on the top :( yack

Mine has to be skimmed as well preferably uht, can't abide semi or whole now way to creamy!x
 
I went over syns yesterday, by only a small amount as I started eating a cornetto and realised half way through that I didn't really want it so gave the rest to the dogs :giggle:

I've just ordered myself a jersey cardigan from yours clothing so that I have a cover up for when we go to manchester in case it's too warm for a coat but not warm enough to have bare arms, plus I'll wear it when we fly out to turkey and keep it in my hand luggage on the way back.

I can't quite believe it's 5 weeks today until we go and I won't even hit my revised 3 stone target by the time we go, all because I messed up quite a lot. So do I change the target to 2 stone or just keep it at 3? It's a bit depressing to see the ticker so I'm thinking of taking that down as well. Sorry to be so down in the dumps today, just feeling a bit angry with myself over it all :(

So far so good today food wise

Lunch - pasta, cheese (2 x hexa), tuna (2 x hexb) and sweetcorn
Snack - blueberries and grapes
Dinner - linda mccartney sausage roll (7 syns) and 5 mini potato waffles (5 syns)
Snack - not sure at the moment, but it will probably be an ice lolly (2 syns) and a yoghurt
Syns - 14

Also have pretty much decided what I want tomorrow

Brekkie - cheese and mushroom omlette (hexa), beans and tbsp of brown sauce (1 syn)
Snack - apple and grapes
Lunch - mugshot and tbsp of philadelphia light (2 syns), banana on toast (hexb), cherries
Dinner - chicken stuffed with garlic and herb philadelphia (2 syns), mushrooms, tomato and 5 mini waffles (5 syns)
Snack - choccy mousse (4 syns), strawberries
Syns - 14
 
Don't worry about the target, I think just focus o. Doing a day at a time and then you will be what you are in 5 weeks time. I've always found I set a goal and then sabbotage myself. But if you want a goal.why not be really realistic say another 7lbs from.now, any more.will then feel like a bonus but 7lbs is definitely achievable so you won't feel like you are failing :)
 
I honestly think part of it is I just got totally overwhelmed by the huge target I'd set myself. I need to remember how well I've done already and not how far I have left to go, but sometimes it's really difficult.

So I've changed my target to lose 7.5 lbs before we go to turkey, easily manageable, just really need to focus and get down to it x

focus on that lost st and realise another won't be far behind it, its going down honey and thats the main thing. you are sticking with it and that's really important and for that i am proud of you xxxxxx

My parents are going to Turkey in a couple of months time. They have asked me to go with them. I have never been to Turkey before. Although I like to go, I am a bit apprehensive.
