I went over syns yesterday, by only a small amount as I started eating a cornetto and realised half way through that I didn't really want it so gave the rest to the dogs :giggle:
I've just ordered myself a jersey cardigan from yours clothing so that I have a cover up for when we go to manchester in case it's too warm for a coat but not warm enough to have bare arms, plus I'll wear it when we fly out to turkey and keep it in my hand luggage on the way back.
I can't quite believe it's 5 weeks today until we go and I won't even hit my revised 3 stone target by the time we go, all because I messed up quite a lot. So do I change the target to 2 stone or just keep it at 3? It's a bit depressing to see the ticker so I'm thinking of taking that down as well. Sorry to be so down in the dumps today, just feeling a bit angry with myself over it all
So far so good today food wise
Brekkie - grapes, banana, blueberries, strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch - pasta, cheese (2 x hexa), tuna (2 x hexb) and sweetcorn
Snack - blueberries and grapes
Dinner - linda mccartney sausage roll (7 syns) and 5 mini potato waffles (5 syns)
Snack - not sure at the moment, but it will probably be an ice lolly (2 syns) and a yoghurt

Also have pretty much decided what I want tomorrow
Brekkie - cheese and mushroom omlette (hexa), beans and tbsp of brown sauce (1 syn)
Snack - apple and grapes
Lunch - mugshot and tbsp of philadelphia light (2 syns), banana on toast (hexb), cherries
Dinner - chicken stuffed with garlic and herb philadelphia (2 syns), mushrooms, tomato and 5 mini waffles (5 syns)
Snack - choccy mousse (4 syns), strawberries
