Going to bed to get my feet up and see how I'm doing in the morning
Plan for tomorrow is to drink at least 3 litres of water if I can, or at least 3 litres of liquid by adding those low calorie sachets to the water
Food is looking like an extra easy day as I don't want to force down the healthy extras if I don't want them -
Brekkie - banana, blueberries and strawberries with muller light
Snack - pineapple slices, 2 babybels (hexa)
Lunch - diet coke chicken wrap (5 syns) with tomato, cucumber and cottage cheese
Snack - melon and mango slices
Dinner - burger in bun (hexb) with salad
Snack - choc mousse (4 syns), ice lolly (2 syns), maybe another muller light depending on how peckish I get
